Sight has performed admirably since his last promotion: before the GJW. Having participated faithfully in the War, and that is enough to more than satisfy our guidelines. We do not include his recent accomplishments (in the last 2 weeks) with this promotion, because this was earned after the War; however, it was somehow overlooked, and now corrected. Earning 9 CFs from consistent GJW Gaming, as well as consistent contact during the War, earn him this much. Sight, please take this as a humble apology on my behalf, and a reward. ;)
