Neophyte has done an extraordinary job in the DB thus far. He is always around, doing his best to complete the standards we expect, and to magnify upon them. Since his last promotion, he has faithfully completed our requirements: Engaged in 4 (I believe) ACC matchs, submitted to 3 competitions, taken the Leadership Fundamentals SA Course, Character History completed, as well as Training Saber. He's done a lot in the short time he's been around, and for that we're very proud to have him, and to give him this. ;)
