Primary reason

Prelate Silent has faithfully studied the ways of the dark side for two years as an Obelisk Prelate. During this time he has grown and become a member of great standing within Clan Plagueis. His standing like all those who seek to excel was built upon a solid foundation of activity, dedication, and loyalty to his Clan. Over the past two years Silent has massed am impressive amount of participation in competitions and given a great deal of dedication to projects for his Clan. He has earned 7 Seals of Duplicity, 16 Seals of Memories, a Quartz Crescent, an Emerald Crescent, 3 Topaz Crescents, a Legion of Scholar, a Scroll of Indoctrination, a Steel Cross, a Star of Antei, a Grand Cross of the Dark Side, 107 Clusters of Fire, and 6 Shadow Academy Courses. In addition to Silent's impressive accomplishments of merit and competition, he has also dedicated his time and energy to improving his House Satal Keto. While serving as QUA and AED of House Satal Keto Silent worked tirelessly on the Satal Keto Website. It was during his reign that the first working and functional House Satal Keto website was created. This additional communication tool was a great advantage for his Clan and Silent's efforts on this contribution are without parallel. Silent also wrote the first edition of the House Satal Keto History. This task had fallen between several Quaestor's until Silent finally accomplished it. Despite Silent's admitted difficulty with fiction he worked for weeks to complete a fine product. Silent was also a driving force in ensuring his house had plenty of activities to keep them busy. He ran competitions designed not only to award, but to give people something engaging to participate in.

Prelate Silent has shown loyalty to the Brotherhood serving two years at his current rank, activity above and beyond the norm, and dedication to improving the Brotherhood through his leadership competitions, and projects as a House Summit. I believe it is time for this well deserving member to reach the rank of Obelisk Exarch.
