Kazarelth has shown great iniative in the opening days of his Brotherhood career. He has completed his Character History Sheet, and has joined in training with a Battle Team, and is in constant contact with me in my capacity as Envoy.

I see great potential in this member and therefore find him worthy of elevation to Novice.
