Raza, while just being promoted yesterday, is definately deserving of the next rank of Protector. He has completed seven Shadow Academy exams, including Leadership ones and the newly released Clan Plagueis history. He has made a precense on mIRC, and even plays some games. All of this coupled with email activity makes Raza Van Escere eligible for promotion. Congratulations, Raza!
