Adrian Kiarey is deserving of an elevation. Since his last promotion on 10/30/06, he has: earned 7 crescents, an LSS, and participated heavily in the CNS portion of the GJW ACC as well as in the RoS. He has also passed 6 additional SA courses. For his service in this time of war, I request that he be elevated.
