With the leave of Consul Bloodfyre, I'm submiting this reccomendation as Evant's Master and Mentor.

Since joining us on IRC several hours ago, Evant has joined clan Tarentum, and has quickly become an active member of the Clan - participating in IRC discussions and getting to know his fellow clanmates. After consulting with Consul Bloodfyre, we've deemed this to be worthy of elevation to Novice.
