As well as completing work to gain this next promotion, Toivious had a huge impact on the House's standing in the recent Reclamation competition. He has put senior members of the House (and Clan) to shame with his activity levels and his drive in earning points for the House.

For his high activity levels, and for helping House Acclivis Draco win the title of #1 House of CSP, I am very happy to promote Toivious.
