Tra'an Reith, a dedicated Guardian of Clan Scholae Palatinae, has not been promoted for nearly four months. It's time to correct that.

Since his last promotion, he has expanded his medal collection by earning eight Seals of Pain, one Anteian Cross, one Bronze Nova, one Legion of the Scholar, one Dark Side Scroll, and six Crescents (1 Quartz, 3 Emerald, 1 Sapphire, 1 Amethyst). Additionally, he has passed two more Shadow Academy courses (Sith Alchemy and IRC Operator).

Besides these achievements, Tra'an has been very enthusiastic about the Dark Jedi Brotherhood and has been a very welcome presence on IRC and through the mailing lists.

Overall, these accomplishments should not go unrecognized; therefore, I recommend Guardian Tra'an Reith for promotion to the rank of Jedi Hunter, where he will embark on the last leg of his journey to obtain a lightsaber.
