Well, he has been in email contact with me since his last promotion, has been on IRC pretty much constantly forming bonds and friendships with his clan mates, has played about 50 multiplayer matches (which is what I assigned to him), completed the test of agilty. And he did the clan trivia this month.

He also recently took on the position of Flight Leader for his battleteam, a position where we hope to see him excel.
