I come before you today to ask that Enforcer Siduko be elevated to the rank of Novice. He has completed the requirements, completing several SA courses, and as such, is worthy of this promotion. Siduko is a fine example of the initiative we are trying to promote in our House and Clan. Congrats Siduko!
