I am honored to submit the the promotion request for Rasilvenaira on behalf of CSP. Ras has been one of those leaders who has been a constant force of activity and creativity. It is not often that I have the chance to sit down and read the reports and the musings of our members, but I have made it a habit to read what Ras has to say. Over the past year I have seen consistent reporting on the care of members, activity generated for members, and a desire to see the Brotherhood improve. These qualities and efforts that Ras has displayed are more than enough reason for a promotion. Congrats!

Since Rasilvenaira Kaeth StormRaven was promoted to Sith Battlemaster, she has been a whirlwind of activity. She was first an Aedile of House Caliburnus and then was made the Quaestor of the same house. She was also an ACC Trainer, Fiction staff member, and Eclectic Pedagogue prior to her appointment of Quaestor.
As Fiction staff, Rasilvenaira created a website and did some graphics for the Writer's Corner. She also redesigned the Fiction Tribune's (Ricco Vao) website.
As Quaestor, the Battlemaster, with the aid of many members, rewrote the Caliburnus Dominion document making the document 15 pages long. She worked on editing the entire document so that each section followed continuity in diction. She also remade the surface map of Ptolomea adding new landmarks and islands. She also pressed for and is in the middle of working on the Caliburnus Dynasty Station, which because of the size of the station and the amount of detail going into this project, is a document in and of itself. Finally, in the realm of projects, Rasilvenaira spearheaded the Caliburnus Facilities document. This 34 document details every single aspect of every single building that Caliburnus resides in on Ptolomea. Her contributions to this project were immense, as she wrote at least 8 full pages and editing all 34 for continuity.
Rasilvenaira re-opened the Nightshade Squadron Battleteam and helped to restructure the Souls of Darkness Battleteam. Nightshade is an open Battleteam, which any member of Caliburnus can join. the Souls of Darkness is a "member of the month" Battleteam. Rasilvenaira worked on the fictional aspects of both Battleteams and organized the Serpent's Fangs, the members who personally aid the Quaestor and Aedile. Rasilvenaira made the Souls of Darkness and the Serpent's Fangs (not a Battleteam) into one elite order of the House called the Order of the Serpent. Each Battleteam, the Serpents Fangs, and the Order of the Serpent have their own in-depth history and a place on the house wiki pages.
Continuing along, StormRaven put together a major house event, entitled Deadly Deceptions. For this major event, she created the website, graphics and four of the 10 events. She judged all 10 events. She has also helped a Serpent's Fang, Xathia, create a run-on for the House, entitled Krath's Tome. For this, she advised and proofread any member who inquired it. Rasilvenaira also ran a multitude of House competitions, such as the Star Wars Quote Quiz 1 and 2, the Souls of Darkness Motto Search, For Blood and Glory, House Caliburnus' Trivia Madness, Path of Darkness, Journey of Darkness, I Has a Bunny and Some Bells, Into the Storm, House Caliburnus' Soul of a Warrior, House Caliburnus' Song Lyrics Challenge, Furry Emergency!!, and Ptolomean Wildlife. Each competition received a large number of people participating.
Rasilvenaira is also currently working on a House wiki overhaul, which will change 12 pages relating to Caliburnus, a House website overhaul, which will change 25 pages of the House's website. Both overhauls have a possibility of adding new pages, if they are required. Rasilvenaira has created 30 images for both overhauls, one of the more impressive being the map of the House compound on Ptolomea.
Rasilvenaira's personal activity is immense, as well. She earned 9 Seals of Pain during Incursion. She also earned 8 merit awards (2 Grand Crosses, 2 Steel Crosses, and 4 Dark Crosses). the StormRaven has also amassed a huge pile of Crescents (1 Diamond, 5 Ruby, 12 Amethyst, 17 Sapphire, 21 Emerald, 5 Topaz and 6 Quartz). She has also acquired a large number of other medals (394 Clusters of Fire, 14 Pendants of Blood and 9 Legions of the Scholar.
As one can well see, Sith Battlelord is something that is very fitting for a member of this caliber. For her service to her House and her Clan, we recommend Rasilvenaira Kaeth StormRaven a promotion to Sith Battlelord.

There is not much I can say about Rasilvenaira that her actions and leadership do not say for me. Since gaining the rank of Battlemaster, Rasilvenaira has not let up one bit, not even for one moment. Sure, shell tell you shes taking an LoA, but in the meantime, shes working on the Caliburnus Facilities document, which currently stands at over 40 pages of straight content. Her leadership by doing is one of the best examples of the concept I have ever seen. She consistently takes the lead as a Quaestor should in all Clan wide competitions, usually ranking in the top 5.
She pushes not only her House, but herself to be better every single day. She is a steady and consistent reporter on and for her House, writing with not only flair, but a mind towards the advancement of her House. To list her accomplishments here would take almost an entire page, so I will sum up.
Since SBM, Ras has accumulated at least one of each different type of Crescent. This means that she is not limited to House and Clan, but opens herself to the opportunities of the Brotherhood as a whole. Silver has gained herself over 400 Clusters of Fire as well as 14 Pendants of Blood. During this time, she has grabbed herself 4 Dark Crosses, 2 Steel Crosses, and 2 Grand Crosses of the Dark Side, none of which is an easy feat in and of themselves. She contributed to the events of the 8th Great Jedi War, earning 9 Seals of Pain in the process. Not to mention, on top of all this, she was a member of the Fiction Staff for 4 months, and Eclectic Pedagogue for 9 months.
In addition to all her personal accolades, Rasilvenaira serves as a confidant and counselor not only to myself, but to the new Plagueis Consul as well. She is constantly a source of level headed reasoning and fairness and I can think of none other I would have running the House of Caliburnus.
It is with these efforts and drive that I recommend Rasilvenaira Kaeth StormRaven for promotion to the rank of Battlelord. Congratulations Silver!

Promotions within the Equite ranks are not measured lightly, nor are they given for simply holding a title. They are earned by the blood, sweat and tears we shed as leaders. And Rasilvenaira has shed her fair share to receive this recommendation and honor. It is my hope that she will continue to lead House Caliburnus and be a role model for this Clan... as a Sith Battle Lord.
It has been over nine months since her last elevation. But in that time, she has accomplished a great many things both as an individual and as a leader. Personally, she has collected twenty (20) Crescents (Cr-R, 4 Cr-A, 3 Cr-S, 7 Cr-E, 3 Cr-T, 2 Cr-Q), collected four hundred and twenty one (421) Clusters of Fire (CFs), earned fourteen (14) Pendants of Blood, won eight (8) Legions of the Scholar, been handed two Scrolls of Foundation for mentorship, honored with nine (9) Seals of Pain, received four (4) Dark Crosses, awarded two (2) Steel Crosses and two (2) Grand Crosses. In short, she has been a role model member in her nine months as she has participated in every major DB-wide event (Great Jedi War), every major Clan Competition (Winter Games & Reclamation) and done her best to stimulate activity through multiple arenas... including the Shadow Academy (Conflict Mediation, Dark Brotherhood Basics, Dark Maven-Service, MSN Messenger, Pre-Republic History), Antei Combat Center, Monthly Topics, Gaming Nights, Sunday Invitational Tourney, and ICTE. She has been the pinnacle of expectations, but it does not end there.
In service to the Brotherhood and Clan, there is also few peers in her class. She held the position of Aedile since late 2006 until the beginning of September of 2007, where she assumed the mantle of Quaestor of House Caliburnus. As a QUA, she has been diligent in her reports, running competitions (big and small), providing feedback to her members, auditing her roster and mailers and so many other, countless tasks that she is burdened with by the Clan Leadership. She also served as a Fiction Staff Member until Vail's ascension to the position, providing feedback and coding for the previous T:F that was intense and progressive. During this time period, she was also a Trainer for the Antei Combat Center and was held in high-esteem by the former Combat Master, Dalthid. However, her service did not end here, as Rasilvenaira was also the Eclectic Pedagogue of the Test of Endurance for ten months. During this time, she made slight changes to the course and graded many of exams; as well as fielding an equal number of questions concerning the course from members. Lastly, she also serves as the Admin for the CSP JA Server. Her work has been paramount for developing the Clan Mod we use on the server and has allowed the Clan a measure of freedom to conduct training sessions and sparring. It is thankless work, but deserves honoring here and now as it we are demonstrating her worth as an Equite of the Third Rank.
In short, Rasilvenaira is a dynamic member whom serves those she is tasked to lead and provides a solid example for everyone to follow. It is my honor to be the one to promote her and I hope that I also hold the privilege of advancing her into the final ranks of the Equites, as I know she will continue her work regardless of awards or promotions.
