Arfalax has since his last promotion (1/2/2008) has 1) passed the Starfighter Studies (1/16/2008) 2) been awarded two Crescent with Topaz Star Awarded (1/4/2008) and one Crescent with Quartz Star (1/17/2008). This is acceptable activities to meet his promotional requirements; this request has been delayed for a while due to no-ones fault but my own. This Journeyman has been a proactive and supporting member of his House, and as such his achievements should be recognised. Congrats on the promo! :D
