Since his last promotion, Swifty Chapple has been an extremely worthy member of Ektrosis. He has gained 10 Clusters of Fire, competed in two of the Saturday Inter-Club Training Events, and been active in a Gaming Nights as well. On top of all of this, Swifty is a well known active voice on IRC, making him one of our more active members. I hereby recommend Swifty to be elevated to the rank of Guardian. Congratulations!
