This recommendation is for the promotion of Protector Ralph Vundu to the rank of Guardian.

While I've only served as his BTL for about 3 weeks now, Ralph has amazed me with his dedication and service to the Team, House, Clan and Brotherhood. Ralph will no doubt take my job from me as BTL of Exar's Shadow.

Ralph's Master set him to complete the following tasks:

Complete Conflict Meditation, General Leadership and Leadership Fundamentals Take the Advancement Survey Compose a 3 page fiction about his character prior to joining the DB. Ralph was also tasked to attain the rank of Seeker in the ACC.

Ralph has completed these tasks, minus the ACC requirement. Ralphs trainer disappeared mid-battle and did not complete his training. I do not feel the failures of the ACC should also be the failure of Ralph. That being said, his service as Flight Leader in Exar's Shadow has been exemplary.

Ralph's master has been on a long term LoA because of some RL issues, and I'm stepping up to ensure Ralph's training continues, and I have seen the completion of these tasks.

For all of these reasons, I deem Guardian Ralph Vundo worthy of elevation to the rank of Guardian.
