I would like to recommend that Tirano Yamayura be promoted. Since joining Arcona, Tirano has been a paradigm of activity – he participated heavily in the Feud, especially in gaming and racked up a considerable score. On top of that, he has been a brilliant AED of House Qel-Droma, producing regular reports, competitions and makes sure to participate in other competitions run by the membership. He has a high level of IRC activity, is easily approachable by all levels of membership and manages the language barrier with aplomb. He has worked tirelessly on his ‘DB for Dummies’ project, which promises to be a valuable addition to the information we present to the new recruits to Arcona (and hopefully the entire Brotherhood) and is still making sure to present the project at the very highest level. His counsel is valuable when dealing with the newer members, so much so that he has gladly been moved to Galeres as Aedile to help out there. This act of selfless assistance to the summit is yet another example of Tirano’s simple want to help the clan be the best it can be: a sterling example of Clan allegiance from such a newcomer. We owe much of Arcona's continued success to Tirano's tireless efforts - he has contributed to nearly every internal Summit project in it's formative steps - from ACC Ladder planning to assisting with the details of Arcona's revamped Promotion Guidelines, Tirano has worked with every strata of Clan and House Summit, truly reaching across the aisle and setting aside some personal differences to keep us all moving forward.
