Jade Imperial has been nothing less than amazing since her last promotion. She has grown beyond the basic leadership level of a Battleteam Leader to that of a member of her House Summit holding the auxilliary position of Rollmaster. Now one might think being a Rollmaster is easier than BTL; not true. Jade has the task of working with HLK RM to keep the Clan MSP up to date, welcoming members, running competitions and much more. Her reports are funny, informative and well written. Her presence of IRC is outstanding so she is always there for HMR members who need her. In fact her leadership development has been a slow and long path, but it has been ever progressive. The Rollmaster spot is a great way of helping adjust from running a BT to running a House. This is something she should feel very proud off. Her willingness to put in her own time and effort to help her Clan, and the DJB in whole is truly astounding.
Her participation within the Battle of Inos has been beyond astounding, however. Jade has been the pillar stone, the poster girl, for HMR. She has participated in near enough if not all of the events. If it was not for the likes of her and a few others, House Marka Ragnos probably wouldnt have won the Battle of Inos Feud. Her achievements speak for themselves, this is something she dreamt for a long time but never thought she had it in her to achieve. Well, Jade... You have. Congratulations Archpriestess.

Have you ever wanted to AWOL a member, just so they'll stop making you look bad? We'll Jade is that member. She makes everyone look bad! Jade was promoted to Priest on May 7th, but I wholly feel that this recommendation is justified fully. We've all seen that guy who gets promoted way before his time because he helped so-and-so with a project. Jade's not that guy (or girl :). Let me tell you some of what Jade has done since her last promotion. Jade has earned 23 crescents, with 3 more in the que, just since her last promotion. Jade has earned a Steel Cross, two Clusters, and a Legion of the Scholar. Jade finished 4th overall in the Battle for Inos House Feud. Jade has served continuously as Battleteam Leader and Rollmaster of House Marka Ragnos since her last promotion.
Can you say wow ? Shortly after I became Quaestor of House Marka Ragnos, Jade applied for both Aedile and Rollmaster of the House. Obviously, I selected her as my Rollmaster, but I now know that she could be Aedile, and she could even be Quaestor. I delegate an awful lot of stuff to Jade to take care of, yet she does it without the hint of a complaint, and she does it with a smile on her face. Jade also does a lot of stuff that you can't see on her dossier. She really, truly, helps the new members of this House whenever and however she can. She writes a lot of fiction. She's also becoming a sounding board, and shes demonstrating that she understands the intricacies of leadership in the Dark Brotherhood.
A quick look at her dossier, and you can tell Jade's not where she should be. This girl has been around for a decade, and shes really put it into high gear lately. I don't often write recommendation for members who'll be joining my rank, or exceeding it, but Jade's definitely an exception. I can say in all honesty that without her, HMR would not have won the House Feud. HMR would not have nearly as many competitions to participate in. HMR would not have the identity it has today.

In the five months since earning the rank of Krath Priest, Jade Atema has shown great activity for her House and Clan. In this short time she has earned herself an outstanding 26 Crescents (1 Amethyst, 1 Sapphire, 13 Emeralds, 10Topaz, and 1 Quartz), 1 Legion of Scholar, 2 Cluster of Fires, and 1 Steel Cross. Along with her fine participation in competitions, she also has completed the difficult Chamber of Justice Shadow Academy course and earned a Dark Maven in Leadership. Along with these individual accomplishments, she also spends her time on bettering the Clan also by taking the responsibility of leadership roles such as her long run as BTL of the Nighthawks and now as Rollmaster of House Marka Ragnos.
