Lyncoln Novell has already been quite active. He has created a character history which he submitted but it has not been approved yet (I read it already, though, and it was quality). He has also been quite active on IRC and has begun playing JA and JO with other DJB members. This is more than enough for his advancement as per the Promotion Requirements.
