JH Kalei Basai has completed with distinction the trials necessary to become a Dark Jedi Knight, and should be elevated to that rank. She has participated in the Master/Student program under the tutelage of SBL Ashura Isradia, and both he and KAP Jades Atema recommend promotion, a recommendation with which I heartily agree.
JH Basai has served six weeks at the Jedi Hunter rank, has received the Anteian Cross, and has earned more than the required number of crescents for promotion. She participated in the "Battle of Inos" house feud and helped her House emerge victorious. He has participated in numerous competitions, has passed Shadow Academy courses, drafted a fictional piece of over 15 pages under the supervision of her master, and helped organize competitions under the guidance of the Summit.
I therefore recommend that Jedi Hunter Kalei Basai be immediately promoted to the rank of Dark Jedi Knight.

OK, so this is my first DJK request, and ironically its for my own apprentice. I've always had bad luck with apprentices, I either expect too much from them or not enough. Kalei is actually the first one to meet my expectations. She has met the DJK promotion requirements for the DB. I'm going to click off what she had done: Six weeks at Jedi Hunter required (1st October; two months), Must have a merit award (Anteian Cross), Must have a crescent or Legion of the Scholar (plenty of crescents and two LoS). Her Major Summit Task was to basiclly take part in many of the competitions in the "Battle of Inos" Feud between House Marka Ragnos and House Ludo Kressh, in which she performed very well in and helped her House win. She has participated in over 15 total competitions, General Leadership & Leadership Fundamentals exams, created a competition involving the Jedi Lightsaber Training flash game and ran it with the assistance of her Summit. She also completed a 15 page fiction detailing her character's youth all the way to how she joined the DB, an additional competition (this time running a trivia for the clan), and finally a jointed Master/Apprentice Run-On with me. I'm proud to say that the foundation of any pairing has been met here: friendship. I feel this sense of achievement that we both have managed to keep this pairing going and reached it's conclusionÂ… that being this request. But it's not the end, our friendship will keep growing and a bond has been formed. All I really have left to say is: congratulations my apprentice. Wow! Kalei is now all grown up and heading down a new darkened path! She has been around in House Marka Ragnos and Clan Naga Sadow for a long time and has participated in many events and competitions. She is one of the talented few who come and grace our halls and learn to grow in the ways of her Clan and House and to further her career. Since her last promotion she has participated in many competitions and received many awards including recently a Crescent with Ruby Star and passing the Training Saber, ACC initiates, Dark Brotherhood Basics, and Leadership Fundamentals, courses in the Sadow Academy.
