Primary reason

Tsingtao is one of the people I look at as a leader. The guy is always there when anyone needs him, and when his Clan needs him. His service in times or war and as a leader has been exemplary and prolific. Tsingtao is reliable, issues regular reports, and motivates his charges well. He brings a sense of humor to his positions, which is a great thing. I've watched him come in Clan Naga Sadow to become a good and solid leader. Although I haven't been in the db a long time, I've been here for a bit and he's a good one. - SWL Macron Sadow

Tsingtao Ming is ready to be promoted to Sith Battlemaster. As Tsingtao's friend, I see him working every single day for the Clan. Every time there is an opening in the Clan, Tsingtao seeks to either fill it himself, or he starts looking for someone whom he thinks would be a good match. I know that he always keeps tabs on other members, making sure that they are having a good time within the Clan.

He seeks out other Star Wars fans to join the club. Anytime we are at a Convention together, I see him actively recruiting. He loves our Clan. He wants nothing more than to be sure that our members are active. We have a chance to promote someone that trully does deserve to be promoted, someone who never looks for a position to help himself, but to help the Clan.

I believe it would be an injustice to the DJB not to promote Tsnigtao. We want to keep him and we want to show our younger members that hard work is rewarded. - DJK Joseem Maruuch Rollmaster, HLK

Tsingtao has been a great asset to Naga Sadow. I met him first when he was in House Marka Ragnos working on one of many projects way back when. He has always been willing to work on a Clan or House project. He is a great person to go to for questions and wants to make sure that everyone is having fun. Just before the house feud he switched to House Ludo Kressh and then with in a little bit became the Aedile of the House, which only suits his character. He is the kind of guy who wants to get things done and works towards it. He has demonstrated the abilities of a leader and a great friend many times and more then deserves this promotion! Congratulations Tsing! - KAP Jade “Imperial” Atema

Tsingtao is one of the most dedicated members of the clan I have come across; I can remember his first application to become House Envoy way back when I was Clan Envoy of Naga Sadow. He has shown the right kind of energy and attitude that makes anyone who wishes to serve any leadership position anywhere in the club. He has served as HLK AED two times, as well as BTL. He has also served the club in other non-clan positions (i.e. EP in the Shadow Academy).

Service alone is not enough, to do any position well a sense of understanding, compassion and duty have to be the first thing to look for when awarding or promoting someone. Tsingtao Ming is someone who embodies this. Therefore I would like to request, along with the other names in this request, for this Equite to be promoted to the rank of Battlemaster. – SBL Ashura Isradia, PCON of CNS

In the nine months since his last promotion, Tsingtao Ming has shown great activity for his House and Clan. In this time he has earned himself an amazing 24 Crescents (1 Ruby, 1 Amethyst, 4 Sapphire, 8 Emerald, 7 Topaz, and 3 Quartz), 1 Anteian Cross, 1 Steel Cross, 1 Dark Cross, 8 Cluster of Fires, 1 Dark Side Scroll and 4 Legion of Scholars. Tsingtao scored 1113 points in the Clan Naga Sadow House Feud "Battle for Inos", which was 9.7% of the total points awarded in the House Feud. He also participated in 16 of the 19 events, and came in 4th overall in the House Feud. Along with his fine participation in competitions, he also has completed 4 Shadow Academy courses earning 2 Dark Mavens. Tsingtao also spends his time bettering the Clan by taking the responsibility of leadership roles such as his time as Sith Commander of Ravana and Sapphire Squadrons and now serves as the Aedile of House Ludo Kressh. Tsingtao is a leader by example, who spends his time encouraging and assisting his members. Combine his individual accomplishments and his leadership experience and I believe Tsingtao Ming has earned the rank of Sith Battlemaster. – CON Robert Sadow
