I submit Archangel for elevation to the rank of Sith Battlemaster. Having known this member for many years, both here and in the EH, it is always a pleasure to recommend him for promotion. Since his rise to the equite ranks, Archangel has served as a battle team commander, Aedile, and Quaestor within House Caliburnus. He also guided his house through a pair of clan competitions in which his house fought admirably. His personal awards listing can be found below, but what makes Archangel such a valuable member to his house and clan as a whole is his skill with graphics. His contribution to CSP's effort in the 9th Great Jedi War was invaluable to our top 3 finish. House Calibrunus is the most prideful House in Clan Scholae Palatinae. Usually this includes all the members of the House, and it does, but one member stands out above all the rest; he is Brent “Archangel” Lugar Victae (the epitome of House Caliburnus). If I could make the new House Caliburnus logo, I would put Arch’s face in front of the banner.

Arch has been a leader and a worker. He has lead the House as Aedile, Quaestor, and Battleteam leader; he has worked on a multiple of images and designs for the Magistrate to the Herald; and he has lead the House and Clan in fictions and Run Ons a multiple of times (especially during the GJW). He has inspired members, leaders, and underlings alike.

When I first served as Aedile, it was under Arch. He knew what he was doing. He knew the objectives he wanted to accomplish and didn’t have to do it through force. When I questioned some of his motives as Quaestor, his response showed me he was a man with a plan and knew what he was doing. If anyone deserves a promotion right now it is Arch. It was even talked about before the GJW that he should be requested a promotion, and then when the GJW came he busted his heart and mind into it. He didn’t back down. It is rare you get people like Arch in the Brotherhood. If he were to ever leave House Caliburnus, HC would feel the gap that it has within itself. ---Luciferus (Quaestor of House Caliburnus)

I come before you for to acknowledge, the work of Brent "Archangel" Ligur Victae. In the last year, he has been a multitude of activity and I believe it's time for his promotion to Sith Battlemaster. He has done outstanding work and I ask you to look at all he has done and for your consideration of this promotion.

In the GJW, Archangel has shown how valuable he is to the Clan with his mass of activity. Participating in 14 events including Fictions, Poetry, Trivia, the Clan's Run-On, and ACC matches. However, the Battleplans and Graphics is where he excelled at, earning 5 top 10 entries throughout the War and being awarded a Bronze Nova for 3rd place in the "Effects of War" graphics event, Gold Nova for 1st place in the "Know your Allies" graphics event, Silver Nova for 2nd place in the "Know your Enemy" graphics event, Bronze Nova for 3rd place in the "Contingencies I" battleplan event, Gold Nova for 1st place in the "Contingencies II" battleplan event, and finishing everything off with a Steel Cross for all his efforts put forth throughout the War.

26 total other Awards: 7 Seals of Remembrance, 5 Crescents with Emerald Star, 3 Crescents with Quartz Star, 3 Crescents with Amethyst Star, 2 Crescents with Ruby Star, 2 Crescents with Sapphire Star, a Crescent with Topaz Star, a Steel Cross, a Scroll of Indoctrination, and a Dark Cross.

Held 4 positions: M:HRLD for 4 months total, Sith Commander for Souls of Darkness for 2 months, HC Aedile for 2 months, and HC Quaester for 10 months.

Archangel has been loyal and constantly active for a total of 2 years so far to the Clan. Archangel got his first student to Knighthood, and teaching another student already who is well on their way. He has created 17 warbanners, 26 warbanner emblems and many other small miscellaneous items for his M:HRLD work. Archangel has worked hard on the Military assignments for the Clan. He is an Influential Leader in the Clan Scholae Palatinae Prospectus. He is always on IRC and is willing to help anyone who asks him. He created a backup website with the help of Robin Hawk for Uneasy Alliance feud against Clan Arcona and Clan Plagueis. Archangel has added well over 40 kilobytes of information to his wiki page, expanding his character widely and now has one of the longest Wikis, currently at 75,961 bytes, on the DJB Wiki. Archangel has submitted many outstanding fictions to various comps throughout the DJB. Archangel has participated in numerous competitions, far far too many to count, in the House, Clan, and the DJB since his last promotion. Ran competitions and a Run-On for the House during his time as Quaster of the House. He has created the Souls of Darkness battleteam Roleplaying revamp. He has created banners, Table of Equipment and Organization for all the Clan Scholae Palatinae Legions and Regiments. He has created Barracks and Armour/Vehicle Depot sections of House Caliburnus Facilities Document. He provided 10 names for the Legion, Regiment, and ISD-IIs for the Clan's Military. He took the time to make a report layout for Thran Occasus, the new CON of Scholae Palatinae. He has founded and created a new battleteam, Validus Nocta for House Caliburnus, adding a wiki page with good amount of detail to it, to start.

As you can see, he has been working exceptionally hard this past year since his last promotion. I believe this is enough work from him for a promotion to Sith Battlemaster for he has certainly earned it.
