Adrian has been fairly active after returning from the rogues.

He's earned a merit medal, created a competition for the house with the help of Tarax and myself, started his character's wiki article, complete ACC Initiates exam and his character sheet, and qualified for the ACC.

On top of that, he's been a Protector for more than 4 months, completed his order core exam and visits on IRC very regularly.

In accordance to the promotion guidelines, I feel Adrian is ready for the rank of Guardian.
