Noctis has proven to be a valuable asset to House Dinaari over the past little while, involving himself in quite a few activities.

He has an approved character sheet, has started and updated his wiki page, earned 17 clusters of fire, participated in a handful of competitions and has passed a fair amount of SA courses.

Noctis has served his time as Protector for more than he should have and is more than deserving of his promotion to Guardian.
