In the thirteen days Apprentice Jack Antiles has been with us, he has shown the basic form of activity. He has completed the Dark Brotherhood basic exam and the Krath Core exam at the Shadow academy. Therefore in the spirit to the current promotion guidelines, I would like to ask if he can be promoted to the rank of Novice.
