Primary reason

To Whom It May Concern:

I could drone on about why Blade needs to be promoted, but I don’t have to. By virtue of his work alone, Ric has established that he clearly needs to be elevated. Ric is the resident Graphics guy, and if you cruise around the CSP wiki pages, most of the work is Ric’s. Not only is the quality fantastic, but it has drastically effected the Quality of work that Clan Scholae Palatinae delivers in all aspects. Look at his work, look at his record; there is none above him.

When still in House Dorimad Sol, I commissioned Ric to create a tower for the House. Not only did he do so, but he did so with amazing skill and efficency. Not only has Tater’s artwork produced naked women on birthday cards, amazing castles and landscapes, but it always earns him a medal or two.

Most of All, Blade has displayed that he possesses not only the experience but the prowess necessary to be a leader. He keeps things balanced with humor.

Blade, you’ve worked hard for me and hard for yourself. I am proud of you and proud to say that you are in Clan Scholae Palatinae. Beer and Hookas are on me, pal. Congratulations, you’ve earned it.

-Thran Occasus, Consul of Scholae Palatinae

I respectfully submit this recommendation for the elevation of Ric "Blade" Hunter to the rank of Sith Battlelord. Since his appointment to Battlemaster nearly a year ago, Ric has served as a Battleteam Leader, Aedile, and finally Quaestor within House Dorimad Sol. During his time as a leader within House Dorimad Sol, Ric mentored Robin Hawk as she became an up and coming leader within Scholae Palatinae and trained her for taking over from him as the Quaestor of their House. In addition to his leadership experiences, Ric is our predominant graphic artist within the Clan. His artwork and project management skills have helped the clan tremendously in expanding the fictional aspects of Scholae Palatinae especially in regards to both the military and the clan and house headquarters complexes on Judecca, Caina, and Antenorra. His personal activity during the past Great Jedi War was tremendous as he earned fifteen seals which placed hi amongst our top competitors in the conflict.

Honors earned during his time as a Battlemaster (1 year):

Grand Cross of the Dark Side Anteian Cross Bronze Novae - 2 Crescents of varying degrees - 7 Clusters of Fire - 102 Seal of Loyalty Seal of Unity - 15 Legion of the Scholar Once again, I recommend this member for elevation to the rank of Sith Battlelord based on his activity, leadership, and loyalty to both his House and Clan.  Dante, Proconsul of Scholae Palatinae

To Whom It May Concern: Ric 'Blade' Hunter, is wonderful mentor and a great personal friend. In my tenure as his Aedile, Ric has taught me lots, preparing me for the day when I will be taking over as Quaestor of Dorimad Sol. How he teaches me is what impresses me the most. He doesn't coddle or put on training wheels. He lets go of the speeder bike and says 'Go!”. In other words, he lets me do it on my own. Should I make a mistake or fall, I will learn my mistakes and do it differently. Though, if you asked him for help, he would never refuse it. I appreciate working under Ric. He has made things easy for me and has let me find my wings so that I may fly. Taters is known for his graphics, and everyone appreciates him for his talent. I can relate, but not only does he succeed in that, he is a gaming fiend! If he is not creating a beautiful masterpieces for his Consul, Clan or House. He is destroying Jedi, shooting down the enemy and keeping his gaming skills in the ready. Blade would play any newb that would ask and teach them a trick or two.
Besides awards, he has the “gift of ages” or as I like to call it, being old. Ric has spent at least six years with the Dark Jedi Brotherhood and many years before that in subsidiary organizations. He has been with Taldryan but has finally found his rightful home in Scholae, learning what he can and passing it down to others.
In the past Great Jedi War, Ric was among Scholae Palatinae's top four with points in graphics (top three highest), gaming, the run on, participating in the battle planning, trivia, fiction, and top five overall in the multimedia competition. It gives me great honours to be asked by the Consul of Scholae Palatinae in writing a recommendation for Ric 'Blade' Hunter. A wonderful leader and supporter to his team and great friend. These words cannot express how much he deserves the promotion to Battlelord. ~Sith Battlemaster, Robin Hawk, Aedile of House Dorimad Sol, Dark Paladin of Scholae Palatinae Ric is awesome. Ric's skills are awesome. I say this because of the huge impression that Ric has left on me. I never knew much about him until January, when, already acclaimed as the go to guy for Graphics, I asked him for help with an image for the HAD headquarters. Despite his large Quaestor's workload, and the various projects that he'd taken on from the Clan Summit, he agreed to help. I recieved clear questions, replied concisely and in the next 24 hours, I was given an excellent prototype. More recently, he and I have been set to work building a palace, the Clan HQ. From a few sentences I gave him, he produced something that can only be described as pwntastic. He is the most talented GFX man I have ever had the privilege to meet. He's also a bloody good QUA who leads by example, as evidenced by 15 Seals of Unity that are stuck in his dossier. That makes him one of the top CSP event submitters. Immediate promotion is the only reward that even comes close to thanking him for the hard work he's put into helping not only his own House, but the rest of the clan as well. -->Kalak Ragnose, Quaestor of Acclivis Draco
