Teia has completed her character history, character wiki page, user wiki page, and finished three Shadow Academy exams, not including her ACC Basics exam, which is also done. Her character sheet has also been approved and she has taken first in a competition.

For these reasons Teia is more than qualified for the promotion to Protector.
