...... Oops. The promotion requirements for Novice simply state that the Apprentice is required to complete a single activity. This can be anything from coming on IRC, to getting in contact with your summit, to doing a competition, or even a Shadow Academy exam. Nearly five months ago, Markuise completed the Brotherhood Basics exam, fufilling this requirement; as such, I'm recommending him for his promotion to Novice. I'm sorry this took so long, Markuise, I'll try to ensure that something like this doesn't happen again.
