I would just like to say that Teu is on the top of my list of favorite people in the DJB. Since I have started in the DJB, Teu has been so nice to me, and is always there to lend a helping hand. She does this not only for me, but I have seen her be the same to others in IRC. Everytime I have a question or need help with something she's always ready to help. And if she doesn't know the answer to something, she finds it out for me. She also always has great ideas, which is one reason I asked her to do the Co-op fiction with me on the Feud. I believe we worked very well as a team on that. Then again, I think Teu would make a great team with anyone, that's just the kind of person she is. With all this said, though I am not in a position of power, I believe that Teu is more than deserving of a promotion. She is always going above and beyond the call of duty.
Thank you for your time,

My first encounter with a Rollmaster was when I was looking for a
Master. At that time, I thought thatâs all a rollmaster did. Of
course, Iâm also big enough to admit when Iâm wrong, and frankly, this
is one of those times. I applied for Rollmaster the same time Teu did,
and when Iâd learned sheâd gotten the job, I wasnât disappointed. Even
before assuming a position on the House Summit, Iâd known her to be a
very fair person, and also remarkably friendly, a trait which is very
encouraging to the newcomers, and also desirable for her position. The
job was right for her, really.
Then she goes and throws my world for a loop and I got a small insight
into her job. Not content to just send out a form letter and pair an
apprentice with a master, Teu has decided that her plate wasnât full
enough (college apparently doesnât give her enough to do) so she went
and did even more, taking the position and making her time within in
exemplary. Sheâs working on a project for Schools of Learning, as a
way to help newcomers and established members alike hone their skills
into a razorâs edge of quality work in both fiction and gaming. In
addition, sheâs turned the Master/Apprentice program into something
more than playing E-Harmony. Sheâs also working on a training runon to
help newcomers to ease into Naga Sadowâs rather titanic Unrest runon.
In a time where a big concern is member retention, Teu has put on the
proverbial grown-up trousers, stepped up and turned a job that can be
written off at first glance, into a very vital, and contributing force
within the House of Naga Sadow. Because of this, I would like to
formally throw my hat in to see that she receive a promotion to the
rank of Obelisk Prelate.
Thank you Teu, for all your work.

Since assuming the title of Rollmaster of Naga Sadow, Teu has been a busy beaver ensuring the prolonged survival of the House she's called home since day one. Her dedication to the House and has continued her work non-stop to ensure the Master-Student program of Naga Sadow remained top-notch as well as ensured the incoming Journeymen were educated on how to proceed and had a open ear should they need it. Her resolve and duty have been unwavering as even a brief stint in the Hospital could not stop her from continuing her service to the House and its Journeymen. In addition to the excellent work she's done as the House Rollmaster, Teu has done excellent work as a member of the House itself. She has received a number of awards including four Clusters of Ice, over 100 Clusters of Fire, a Crescent with an Emerald Star, a Dark Side Scroll, a Scroll of Foundation, seven Seals of Defiance and a Silver Nova as well as a Grand Cross of the Dark Side. It is my belief that Teu's duty and service to her House has ensured a greater future for us and as such it is my honour to offer my recommendation.

What can I say about Teu? There is rarely a day that her presence is not known. She's constantly taking part in any discussion that is going on within #naga_sadow, or in #dbgaming. Since her last promotion, she was Aedile of Ludo Kressh, but became the Battle team Leader of Primus Goluud, where she began to structure the team to be similar to that of the House of Primus Goluud, the warriors of House Naga Sadow. It wasn't long before she was called upon by Sai to become the Rollmaster of Naga Sadow. Immediately she went to work emailing all of the journeymen, seeing who was active, who was inactive, and the like. Those that responded were active, she began emailing them on what they needed to do for their next promotion, as well as if they wanted to be an student in Naga Sadow's Master Student Program. I think with out her efforts in this department in constantly emailing the Journeymen, Naga Sadow would not have had as high numbers in the recent AWOL check as they did.
Now the Master/Student Program is an entity that Teu took by the horns and made it into her baby. She poked and prodded the Dark Jedi Knights, and all the way up to the Elders of this house, asking who would want to have an apprentice out of the Journeymen. She keeps in constant contact with each of the masters, asking how their apprentice is doing in their trails, but also if a Master doesn't respond after a certain amount of time, she emails them asks what is going on. If a master isn't keeping contact repeatedly the master is removed from the master/student program. It takes guts to stand up and say that to another member.
Another project that she has been working on is the "Schools of Learning" in Naga Sadow. Originally it was planned to be five schools, but she eventually cut it down to be specifically Fiction and Gaming. The object of these schools are to provide people who have reached the rank of Dark Jedi Knight and above to learn from those that are known to be the best in the house in either of those categories. It helps further the development of the member, in these areas, and will help with major DB wide events in the future.
Recently, she's been gaming her butt off. She's stood with the best that the Brotherhood has to offer, and still comes back for more. Within the last 7 days, she's played in over 120 matches, which to say the least is an impressive number considering that its only SEVEN DAYS. I have no doubt that she'll be an even more active gamer in the next few weeks, as well as further in the future.
In summary, I believe Teu has more than earned this promotion. She's hard working, and has put in hundreds of hours with communicating with the younger members of the house. Congrats Teu, this is well earned. ~ OP Fremoc Pepoi Sadow, Fist of the Brotherhood, Son of Sadow.

For her sheer enthusiasm alone, Teu should be promoted. However, since enthusiasm cannot be quantified, we must look at her personal accomplishments and her effect on others around her. She has earned many accolades for her work including but not limited to four Clusters of Ice, over 100 Clusters of Fire, a Crescent with an Emerald Star, a Dark Side Scroll, a Scroll of Foundation, seven Seals of Defiance and a Silver Nova and Grand Cross of the Dark Side. In seven days, Teu played a mind-numbing 120 matches; this effort is demonstrative of not only her situational awareness â HNS has long been lacking in the gaming department, and so her monumental singular effort is exemplary â but of her sheer love for all things NS and her desire to always present herself, and by extension, the House, in the best possible light.
However, activity alone cannot be the gauge of Teuâs readiness to be promoted. Since accepting the roll of Rollmaster, she has unequivocally transformed the office, a âthrow-awayâ job in some Houses, into an integral part of Sadowan infrastructure. In most cases, Teuâs is the first âfaceâ that our new members see, and our thriving Master Student Program and mightily successful AWOL checks are reflections of her direct influence and work. Her willingness to be open to expanding her duties and take on responsibilities that are not her own speak to her unselfishness and desire to help others. She is spearheading a project that will allow our membership to comfortably interact with seasoned writers, ACC-ers and gamers to be trained so that their chances to succeed in DB-wide competitions can increase â The Schools of Learning. Additionally, when NSâ Aedile had been selected to fill the vacant Fist spot, Teuâs constant presence and impeccable work ethic kept the House running â I am lost without her steady hand, infectious positive attitude and willingness to keep me honest. Teuâs interactions with all members of the House â from myself to the Elder ranks to the newest Apprentices â speak of a profound professionalism and a desire to see her House and all who dwell within thrive and succeed. Therefore, it is without hesitation and with no reservation that I recommend Teu Pepoi for this promotion. Congratulations!
