I've been watching Teu grow as a leader for a long time, almost 2 years in fact on the Naga Sadow Summit. In my opinion, she has brought excellence to a position which many had thought obsolete- Rollmaster. I have been an ardent supporter of the position for exactly the reasons she has proven in her tenure. Rollmaster can indeed be a dynamic position and Teu has done exactly that. Her creation of the student schools within our renamed Clan has been an excellent boon. I daresay her work as Rollmaster helped contribute to our high retention and promotion rate with her work on the MSP in a time when we needed her most as a House has fewer leaders to spread the workload. This undoubtedly contributed to our Re-Clanning, for which she has not been rewarded. As well, she has served in a variety of leadership positions within CNS- BTL twice on 2 different teams, Aedile, and Quaestor. Teu also was instrumental in our last GJW effort, has stepped up to help me as new Consul, will be overseeing the member audits for promotions, sends welcoming emails, and will be overseeing AWOL checks as a Rollmaster should. As a body, we the Sons and Daughters of Sadow are indeed watching, and with this token of our appreciation of her hard and dedicated work we wish to reward her with a well-earned promotion.

Despite serious RL problems, Teu works her butt off as RM of Naga Sadow. She has put alot of work into the schools of learning and the master student program. I personally feel that there isn't a better person to be the first contact for new members to CNS beacuse she doesn't just answer their questions or solve their problems, she teaches them the way to find the answer or solve the problem for themselves. She even goes beyond that, she is helpful to her fellow summit members as well. She always has helpful advice to give.

Thereâs a very clear and concise definition of what merits a sacramental award. Upon reviewing it, Iâd like to present what I think is a sufficient list of Teu Pepoiâs accomplishments.
Teu served as Rollmaster for House Naga Sadow for approximately a year and a half. (33aby to 35aby according to the wiki). It was during this time that I actually learned what a rollmaster was supposed to do, and I then discovered that her efforts frequently crossed the line into âabove and beyond the call of dutyâ. Not content to pair new people with masters, she was in constant contact with the recently joined, helping them along, keeping them interested and motivated. During the AWOL check before last, I feel that her efforts were paramount to our member retention.
In addition, her development of the âSchool of Learningâ project in an ongoing one, meant to aid the master/student program in helping new members grow. On completion, I feel strongly enough about this to recommend it be given to every clan and house in the DJB. In addition, her continuance of the Doom Train series, which rewards high levels of activity, as well as offering âin-characterâ awards, is another task which I feel aided us in member retention during her time as rollmaster.
Teu was instrumental in returning Naga Sadow to Clan status. Her voice was strong, and constant, showing a remarkable level of dedication to seeing her home grow bigger. Her help was pivotal in guiding the rest of those involved as well, with frequent suggestions and ideas, offered well and respectfully.
On her own, Teu has earned nine Seals of Decimation, and one Bronze Nova in the Great Jedi War. Since her last promotion sheâs also earned several awards (site glitches prevent me from giving a full accounting) including several Clusters of Fire as well as Ice, showing heavy participation in both gaming and fiction. This is also considering only being able to see one page of her personal accomplishments.
In short, Teu Pepoi has worked very hard, since December 2010, with nothing but competition awards to show for her efforts. Coming on a year now, with solid, dedicated service under her belt, I feel that she has earned the right to be an Obelisk Exarch.

When Teu was last promoted she was in the position of House Rollmaster for Naga Sadow. Its been a long time coming since then, 8 months in fact, and she has come very far since taking up the mantle of a position to which she would excel at. Teu would go on to hold the position of RM for two more months after her elevation to EQ2 until Naga Sadow was granted Clan Status again. At this point she would step up to become the new Quaestor of the returning House Marka Ragnos. She successful lead HMR until she realized her true calling was in the position of Rollmaster. She has since been hard at work guiding the Journeymen and working on projects like the Schools of Learning. During the Great Jedi War, even with some RL issues, Teu managed to participate in 9 events earning a Brozon Nova. Aside from all of this her activity has been outstanding. She has earn countless Clusters of Fire, participating in a few competitions earning a Crescent, and even 3 seals from the Independence Games. In my personal opinion she is a great asset to the Clan and as done a lot for the unit and its members. I herby do recommend Prelate Teu Pepoi to be promoted to Obelisk Exarch.

To an old fossil like me it feels like only yesterday when Teu Pepoi née Andet joined Clan Naga Sadow, when in fact it will be four years come January, during which time she has held numerous positions in the Clan, from Sergeant, to Quaestor, and most recently Clan Rollmaster. Throughout this time, Teu has always shown a passion for helping the newest members of the Dark Brotherhood, who, as we all know, are the true lifeblood of the club. A lot of people sometimes undervalue the position of Rollmaster or a Quaestor's focus on new members, often thinking it is "someone else's job", and that activity will handle itself; but the proof is in evidence in two of Clan Naga Sadow's most recent Summit members, Methyas and Locke, who were themselves once Teu's students, both of whom she mentored on their ways to Dark Jedi Knight. I bring up these past achievements, because historically, many Rollmasters have simply delegated mentorship completely to other people, doing little more than keeping a list of who is who's master or student. However, this past year, Teu has been quietly working away on creating the Schools of Learning, which she has designed so that her own successes as a master can be learned from and replicated by a new generation of masters with their own students.
Despite also having had to contend with personal complications, the fruits of Teu's silent -- and heretofore largely unrecognised -- endeavour are finally starting to bear fruit, as is now being seen in some of the competitions now being launched by Fremoc and Shikyo, and shortly others as well. Moreover, in addition to the Schools of Learning themselves, Teu has constantly kept a sharp eye on the masters working under her, alert to the fact that in the past it has always been all too easy for a master to themselves fall quiet, directly to the detriment of their students. Today, Teu not only keeps a list of who is mentoring the next generation, but works together with them, much as any good coach keeps watch on those training under him or her, ensuring that masters are not just left to flounder without anyone to fall back on for support. This has been shown as especially true in the Clan's performance in vendettas, with members typically seeing themselves "either" as a gamer, "or" as a writer, lacking the confidence to broaden their horizons, when it is that participation that is what Clan Naga Sadow has been lacking. It is exactly this that is now one of the core aspects that the Schools of Learning are seeking the correct, with the masters under Teu's watch now widening their efforts to encompass not simply a single student, but so that, for example, a master more proficient in gaming will provide support for the student of a master who is more attuned to writing.
All in all, Teu's work represents a far more proactive approach to training the next generation, as opposed to the passivity that has been common to many leaders and masters in the past. In some ways, this is perhaps doing the obvious, as if often true of all great inventions; however, nevertheless, the Schools of Learning have not been without their resistance, for traditions die hard in some, and many masters used to doing something "their" way, will always keep wanting to stick with what they know, reluctant to change or ask for help. This is an area where Teu, despite still being "new" in the eyes of antiquities like myself, has not been afraid to push on, undeterred by stubborn old timers from past generations, and has consequently driven toward her goal of all masters working together, with one another, rather than in competition to see whoever can get the most students, as has sometimes been the case in the past. Teu has therefore now laid the foundations for a training regime whereby instead of masters working independently, they will henceforth be operating as a team, from which the whole will be greater than the sum of the parts.
Like many a Praetor, Magistrate, or other officialdom working behind the scenes, Teu's dedicated service has for far too long gone unacknowledged and unrewarded, and going forward the Clan will owe her for having battled on at something that has until now sometimes been a largely thankless task. That is why I am happy to lend my name to this recommendation. Congratulations, Teu, you more than deserve this.

Teu Pepoi. Where the heck do I begin with this fine young lady? She is, Naga Sadow's cookie lady, and has been for the last 3 years, and 9 months. Its only been within the last two years that she has been able to actually do something about it. Teu absolutely loves to help newer members. Her work as rollmaster, Quaestor, and now Clan Rollmaster, has been always to get the newer members involved in what was going on in the Dark Brotherhood. She'd encourage members into participating in Naga Sadow's Unrest in the City run on, help anyone who had issues with getting onto IRC, constantly emailing the newer members even in her sleep sometimes at 3:30 am when an email would hit her inbox and Blackberry. If that doesn't say dedication to getting newer members involved with the DJB, you'd have to tell me something where the Rollmaster actually shows up at the house to help them out.
Her main brain child, that is finally in effect, is the Schools of Learning. Its something that has a 'master' in charge of a certain aspect of the DJB, whether its gaming, fiction, ACC, or something else. These masters help train members of Naga Sadow to be better in the master's area. Essentially the 'first classes' are underway, and from what I've seen there is a nice output going on.
Teu has also been charged with Naga Sadow's master-student program. Something that she's been a part of herself, having trained Naga Sadow's former Consul Methyas, and the current Proconsul Locke. She keeps on top of the masters and students to make sure each member is still active, and is still taking part in events and competitions throughout the Clan and the DJB as a whole.
Her last major project is the Order of the Black Guard. They are essentially the Royal Guard to the leaders of Naga Sadow, where they protect the Consul, Proconsul, Quaestors, and Aediles, as well as the Overlord. Her duty as rollmaster in the Black Guard, is to appoint new guardsmen, through the competition known as Operation Doom Train, which is a competition that judges the activity each member does in the Clan. She also oversees the Supreme Primus and Marshall Enforcer competitions, which is constantly up for grabs for members to go after.
So, finally, I bring everything back to Teu being the cookie lady of Naga Sadow. There is rarely a day were you do not see her handing out a cookie to someone on IRC. Whether it be a new apprentice that just joined the DJB, or an old member like Xanos. She treats everyone with respect, and treats everyone fairly. This young woman does a lot of work for her clan to survive, and most times its rarely seen. I'm glad to be writing this recommendation for her promotion, because she has more than earned it. Congrats Teu on your promotion to Obelisk Exarch.
