It has been an honor getting to know Socorra over the past few months. As a Quaestor, it's my job to see to each and every new member that shows up on IRC that is part of Arcona. It is also my job to make sure they are welcomed. As such, I greet ALOT of members on a weekly basis. In all my time as a leader, though, Socorra stands out the most. She has a drive I have not seen in anyone else, even members of our current summit. She is dedicated to the brothehood and Arcona, and was a huge part of our efforts to win the war. It's inspiring seeing a Protector come in 4th place in the ACC standings, when everyone else in the competition was Knight or higher. She always asks how she can help out, and makes sure that no one is ever sitting around idling. She is motivational, and gets other members to be active.
Socorra has barreled over anything thrown in her path. She is unstopable, as far as I'm concerned, from an activity standpoint and has already taken it on herself to run her own competitions. On top of this, she is a talented writer who listens and learns and grows with every match and every competition she competes in. Her potential in the DB is unmatched.
I think she has made it to a point that very few journeyman are able to endure to. She has been a Knight in all but title in my eyes already, and has more than earned this promotion.

It is with great honour and pride that I recommend one of the greatest Journeymen to grace Arcona for their final promotion to Dark Jedi Knight. Socorra has been a bastion of activity and presence, breathing fresh air into Arcona's journeymen. Her dedication has proved imperative to the recent success of Arcona and, without her help, I dare say we wouldn't have fared nearly as well in the latest Great Jedi War.
Without further adieu, I'd like to enlighten the Brotherhood to Socorra's recent achievements.
Jedi Hunter Socorra has met the following requirements:
- Six weeks as Jedi Hunter (Completed 29/11/2011)
- Acquired a Steel Cross
- Has three crescents
- Run the 'Caption the Frag' competition (Arcona-wide) and the 'Need for Speed' competition (Arcona-wide)
- Written the Arcona write-up for the Tenth Great Jedi War plotline, thus fulfilling her assigned Clan summit task
- Participated in 8 ACC matches, placing fourth overall in the GJWX ACC event
- Completed her own concise and developed Wikipedia page pertaining to her character
Aside from the specific requirements set for the promotion to Dark Jedi Knight, Socorra has also achieved the following:
- Proofread numerous ACC, RO, and fiction entries
- Assisted in running the Week 4 Wiki event (2nd Place).
- Participated in Week 2 Wiki (1st Place), Week 3 Wiki (6th? Place)
- Three RO posts for the war RO (2nd Place).
- Week 4: Trivia, ID Scan, Lightside Exam.
- Assisted Kalon in setting up his competition email, to meet his own requirements
- Participated in two Trivias
- 16 GJWX competitions total (16 Seals)
- Competitions Prior to GJWX: 1st Place Quastor's Disappearance, 3rd Place (whatever the Puzzle comp was), Week 0 Nemesis, Weapons Comp
- Competitions Post-War: 1st Place Most Improved Wiki, Kalon's Caption Comp (ongoing), WikiHunt (ongoing)
-Participated in TOR Beta Thanksgiving weekend: 10 Cluster of Fire
This clearly exemplifies Socorra as an active, engaging and developing recruit within the Arconan ranks. Her dedication has been phenomenal and she has driven above and beyond what is expected of seasoned member, let alone a journeyman.
It is with the greatest of pleasures that I hereby recommend Socorra for the rank of Dark Jedi Knight.
