Odius has demonstrated himself ready for elevation on the basis of having completed the requirements for his station. Odius has since his last promotion taken and passed the Dark Brotherhood Basics exam, registered on the forums, as well as occasionally popped in on the House IRC channel, and earned himself three Clusters of Fire for his successes on TOR.
