I hereby request promotion from NOV for the DJB member Busik for the following reasons:

He has passed multiple Shadow Academy courses. He has been an active member of the ToR guild, participating in Flashpoints and Operations. He is often found on our TeamSpeak server. He has a registered account on the DJB forums.

With this in mind, he is ready for his next elevation.
