Primary reason

Most promotion recommendations are, for the most part, straightforward. At their very essence, they are lists of accomplishments, transformed from their cold, statistical roots into eloquent, amorous declarations of gratitude. Legorii is not lacking in accomplishments, not by any stretch, and to take the focus away from his body of work would do him severe injustice and I'm not entirely sure words will be able to ever truly express his contributions as both an active member and leader.

During his time in the Shadow Academy, Legorii served for many months as the grader of Obelisk Core and Capital Starship Studies. He audited many exams as a Magistrate and also wrote a "Superweapons" addendum to the Starship Studies course. He also wrote the Clan Arcona History exam in its entirety. As a Wiki Staffer, Legorii improved the quality and consistency of hundreds of wiki articles. He has had a hand in a fair number of Clan Arcona's military-related wiki pages as well. He created nearly all of the NPC characters, and most of the pages for cities, ports, divisions, bases, planets, and moons within the Dajorra System. He has contributed greatly to each of the existing Battleteam wiki’s, including extensive work with Oblivion Brigade. He continues to monitor the wiki, making small changes to grammar and the like when needed.

As a new Aedile of Galeres, Legz was thrust into Great Jedi War IX preparations, and ended up running a couple of smaller competitions to drum up participation while helping to coordinate larger Clan-wide drives to improve activity ahead of the war. He worked with the other leaders to reform many aspects of the Clan, including how we promote new members, how we promote older members, and how we handle the master-student program.

During GJWIX, Arcona’s two Quaestor’s simply left, leaving a gaping hole in Arcona’s summit. Stepping into the void, Legorii became Quaestor of House Qel-Droma and steadied the ship, rallying not just Qel-Droma, but all of Arcona, pushing members every single day and trying to squeeze every drop of activity out of them that he could. He lead by example, tearing through nearly every competition, and finished ninth overall. He coordinated team gaming competitions, proofread countless ACC posts, contributed to battleplans and ROs, and advised newer members while trying to keep them from burning out. Arcona went on to win that vendetta, ending Taldryan's streak. Legorii remained Quaestor for quite a few months after, running a few smaller competitions in the hangover that followed.

After a short break from Clan leadership, Legorii became a member of Oblivion Brigade where he was detrimental in the teams success and creation. He helped develop the fictional background to the BT, helped make the wiki look pretty (it was pretty bad when I had first made it). He then stepped up, as he has on multiple occasions, in a time of need and became BTL of Oblivion Brigade, when I had to step up to Quaestor. He continued to keep the team dominant, and trained up Talos, who eventually went on to be an Aedile.

Legorii left due to real life, but came back right after the war in a time where our members were still in a bit of a post-war hangover. He jumped right back into the fold, and was a participant in the Family Fued we ran. He followed that up by winning Operation: Rolling Thunder for which he was the overall scorer. He then placed 1st overall in the Trials of Loyalty internal 3-week competition we ran. He again has stepped up as Aedile of Galeres, and has, for the past 3 months, been vital in decisions made by the Arconan Summit, attended meetings, and wrote recommendations for his members and fellow Summiteers.

Since June, he has entered every competition available to him, and has earned 22 Crescents in a 37-day stretch. It will probably be more by the time this gets published. Since his last promotion, he has totaled an eye-popping 38 seals, 32 crescents, 5 merit awards, 2 Scrolls of Foundation, and innumerable Clusters.

Quite frankly, I'm ashamed, as both a leader and a friend, that it has taken me this long to write this recommendation up. I believe the time has more than come to rectify that, as we congratulate Legorii on achieving the rank of Krath Epis. Congratulations buddy, you deserve it :). -Marick Arconae Proconsul, Clan Arcona

Legorii. This man exudes hilarity. At every turn he is able to make light of situations otherwise at risk of turning sour. He is a fantastic leader and a true friend. This man has been a veritable workhorse of activity after taking up Aedile just under three months ago. While this man has not lived up to the standard expectations of an Aedile, such as writing reports, processing rewards and promotions (all of which has been completed by Sang), he has given House Galeres what it needs ā?" a real push in the right direction. The Legz-Sang dynamic is a weird one. Sang is a fantastic Quaestor, but he completes much of the Aedile work, whereas Legz fulfils the usually standard role of Quaestor by being a motivator and driving force for activity within the House. Letā?Ts face is, Legz has done nothing by emanate charisma since he returned not 5 months ago. It is, in essence, a reversed relationship, but for them it works. Legorii went above and beyond expectation during the Trials of Loyalty, leading from the trenches, acquiring 100% participation and placing top overall in the event. It is no secret that his storm in activity has helped bring other members in House Galeres who were before somewhat reluctant to participate back out into the open and willing to play. Then you have his past experience in his activity. The man pretty much created Arconaā?Ts area in the wiki. He has come top in numerous events. He was Arconaā?Ts prodigy. The protĆ©gĆ© of the Arconae. He was groomed for greatness. And then he went unrewarded. All of his feats are listed below by Marick, so let me just say that I feel upset that Legz has up to now gone unrewarded and still pushed for greatness. This demonstrates an unfaltering loyalty to his Clan and the Brotherhood. It is a trait to which many strive, but few actually reach. EQ3 is awarded after demonstrating above and beyond performance as a 2nd level Equite, Legz personifies this. There is not a single member in Arcona more deserving of Legz for reward. And it is for that reason that we humbly request his promotion. Congratulations, Legz. You’ve more than earned it. ~Wuntila Arconae, Consul. Clan Arcona

For the few short years that I've spent within Arcona, one person has always been there, helping and guiding me. That person is Legorii. Legz was my first point of contact within Arcona when I first moved there to serve as his Aedile. He worked with me and trained me and showed me what it was to be a leader. How one should behave, how one should sacrifice their time and effort to help the membership and how to be one confident son of a bitch. There are few others who are as dedicated to the Shadow Clan as Legz, for the five plus years that he's been in the DB, he's left once thought about leaving. His love for Arcona has no equal except for some of the Arconae out there.

When I was brought back to Galeres to serve as Quaestor once again, I struggled...I really did. I wasn't confident, I was plagued with summit issues. I had a rapidly declining House both in terms of membership and activity. I messed around, thinking that I could do the job of leading a House, greeting new members, running competitions, dealing with the House's fictional development and much more all by myself. That, was a mistake. I was stressed out, tired and close to resigning out of exhaustion. But, that all changed when my mentor, Legorii came back to activity. I knew straight away that I had to nab him as Aedile to help strengthen Galeres and give me some breathing space. I begged him to do me a favour and serve as my Aedile. To my ecstatic astonishment, he agreed. Despite having to get ready for his first year of college. Legorii is selfless, always eager to help, contribute and is actually, despite the bickering that goes on between us, one of the people I respect and idolise as being a true, blue, Arconan.

Since his time as my Aedile, he has helped push Galeres to new heights of activity during the past two Clan events, Operation Rolling Thunder and Trials of Loyalty were his to win, even as he assisted fellow members with spell-checking, encouraged them to participate and pretty much stormed to victory in both occasions while doing so. He has also helped me as a leader, boosting my confidence and allowing me to actually have some time off as a leader. As before he had graciously accepted my request to serve as Aedile, I had been running around like a headless chicken for the previous five months.

Legz is a friend, one of my best friends. He stepped up to the plate for Arcona in the past, during the Ninth Great Jedi War and he did it again for Galeres. For his dedication to the Shadow Clan. For his selflessness in helping others. For his activity. For his sheer winning. For his helping me to be a damn good leader. I submit this recommendation that Legorii be raised to the rank of Krath Epis. Congrats, Legz, you more than deserve it. --Sanguinius Tsucyra Entar Quaestor of House Galeres

Love em or hate em, Legorii has always been a standard-bearer for excellence in the Clan Arcona. During the Trials of Loyalty I got to know him better than I have during all the prior years that we have served together. His passion was obvious, his drive to win was infectious, and his attitude was reassuring, and all those things drove me to try and match him. He has served this Clan in every role between member and Questor and back again and I hope his passion, his drive and his attitude are around to push this clan to its limits for many years to come. ~ Prelate Etah d’Tana

Although I am not a member of House Galeres, Legorii’s activity is easily enough to garner him one hell of a reputation. He competes in virtually every competition available and he is always around on IRC. His dedication to Arcona is such that many would probably be surprised to discover he is not an Arconae, for he has been around and fairly active in the majority of the time Iā?Tve been around since my own return. The sheer level of activity, and his drive to win, is enough to make every single Arconan try harder, in an effort to beat the beast that is Legorii Kryotek Entar. Clan Arcona is honoured to have such members, and I myself am honoured to be asked to write a recc for one of Arcona’s greats to join me at the third echelon of the Equites. Congratulations, Kryotek! --Andrelious J. Inahj Gatewarden, Shadow Gate House Qel-Droma of Arcona

Legorii is an exemplary member of Arcona, showing our old and new members how to win events, including myself. In the couple of months that I've known him, he's been an insatiable fiend to compete against. I know that Galeres has had some rough days, but I think Sang has been resting much easier as of late having Legz around and that is a definite plus. His activity is immense when he's on fire, and I'm glad to have someone so willing to challenge my own Aedile Scelestus on a near daily basis. Congratulations, Legz. :) -Socks
