The Grand Master and Justicar have utterly failed in thier duties to reasonably respond to a request/inquiry from a member in good standing in this club. Because of their complete failure to do their jobs, and the fact that I have no higher recourse, remaining in this club has little benefit from me, as I no longer have faith in the most senior leaders to exercise their offices.

Additionally, having these two members insult a member for bringing forward a complaint is a complete insult to everything this organization stands for. With the way our system is setup, there is no way to go to a higher authority, as the Grand Master is in charge of the Justicar and the Justicar in charge of the Grand Master.
