Upon reconsideration, I've decided that my DB time would be better served in a clan where I have established relationships, and a fresh start would definitely benefit everyone. To that end, I have contacted my former Consul and sought his prior approval, as well as speaking to the Consul of Arcona - both have agreed. I'd very much like to be placed in House Qel-droma of Arcona.
