A medal long overdue, Rakhai has been assisting me in running the Lord Chamberlain's office for some time now. He has always been willing to undertake any task I might have for him, eagerly compiling numbers, writing up little blurbs on planets, and otherwise just being helpful. He has been a superb Magistrate since being appointed to his position.
