He has registered with the Brotherhoods Forums and he is regularly on M-IRC. Along with this Tiberius has completed two Shadow Academy exams, Conflict mediation and IRC basics. This includes that fact that he has previously completed the Dark Brotherhood Basics exam, as well as having an approved character history on his dossier.
