Event History

Kadrol has been with COU for a relatively short time but in that time has already established himself as an active, thoughtful and dedicated leader both in his position and as a member of the clan.

Since his last promotion, Kadrol has participated in a stunning 265 competitions, taking home four novae and 114 crescents for placing in those competitions. His activity spans the entire spectrum of Brotherhood activity, with 50 Clusters of Ice for writing, 56 Clusters of Graphite for graphics, and 2057 Clusters of Fire for gaming. He even tore through the Shadow Academy, passing 16 courses and earning 5 degrees. Kadrol also led from the front during the most recent GJW (though it was for CSP), gaining 30 seals and full bin participation.

Since joining the summit, Kadrol has hit the ground running, which is no small feat given all there is to learn about members and lore when transferring to a new unit for leadership. He’s been both professional and eager, jumping in to help with the recent Flashpoint clan event, member awards and contributing to laying a solid foundation for the future of House Hoth. We are thankful to have his perspective and energy on the summit.

Congratulations on reaching the pinnacle equite rank! Next stop is elder, which you are well on your way to achieving.

High Councillor Turel Sorenn, 2026-09-30 23:22:59 UTC

Every day I'm a little bit more grateful Kadrol joined House Hoth. He's an absolute powerhouse of activity, participating in just about every competition he sees and winning most of them. Seriously, how do you even finish puzzles that fast and play that many gaming matches?!

While his activity levels are impressive, Kadrol really shines as an aedile. He jumped in with both feet, helping to run the Flashpoint event, write an introductory report, establish a presence in clan Discord channels, make himself available to game with others, write recommendations for member awards, and share his ideas on different proposals and the house's future storyline. I couldn't have asked for a more eager, energetic, and caring partner on the Summit.

It is my pleasure to recommend him for the final Equite rank. Congratulations, Kadrol. Race you to Elder?

Quaestrix Corinna Magarin, 2026-09-30 17:28:53 UTC

Livia Mariquita Daffel has reached the required 23000 XP to reach the rank of Equite 3.

Quaestor Blackhawk, 2026-09-30 00:38:37 UTC

In the two years since her last promotion, Livia has shown an amazing level of activity. She has participated in 127 competitions (excluding containers), netting her 35 crescents ( 1 with Diamond, 3 with Ruby, 12 with Amethyst, 3 with Sapphire, 14 with Emerald, and 2 with Topaz stars), showing not only a high degree of participation, but also a high quality of said participation. Additionally, she has earned 10 society rank ups through her combined activity. She has earned 2,825 Clusters of Fire, resulting in 6 GMRG rank ups, written 838 words of fiction in RP, resulting in an INQ and 2 Envoy Corps rank ups, and earned 20 Clusters of Graphite for a Shroud Syndicate rank up.

Her service has not gone unnoticed. Her dedication has earned her 3 Grand Crosses and a Sapphire Blade.

For her amazing work, I am happy to recommend Livia Marquita Daffel for promotion.

Congratulations, Livia!

Quaestor Blackhawk, 2026-09-29 23:57:06 UTC

Alexandre Morgan remains an active member of Clan Vizsla's gaming community. Since their last promotion, they have submitted to 7 gaming competitions, totaling 47 individual gaming activities. In that time, they earned their first Steel Cross and a Diamond Star Crescent. These totals are impressive, and I continue to look forward to writing many more of these recommendations for them.

Congratulations, Alexandre Morgan

Korvyn, 2026-09-27 01:13:15 UTC

Corinna has been a beacon of activity for COU and House Hoth for quite some time now. As one of the minds behind Flashpoint, she is currently one of the folks spearheading the current clan storyline. Overall, she has organized 15 competitions and participated in 322 since her last promotion, with 18 in the GJW. For this she has earned 2 Diamond Crescents, 7 Ruby Crescents, 12 Amethyst crescents, 16 sapphire crescents, 22 emerald crescents, 9 topaz crescents, and 9 Quartz Crescents. She has also earned a Darkside Scroll, 1034 clusters of fire, 42 clusters of ice and 192 clusters of graphite. She has finished 4 ACC matches, judged 2, written 3684 words of fiction and 11193 words for roleplays. She also passed 12 Shadow Academy Courses, earning 4 degrees as a result.

With the metrics stated, I do want to say that in the four months I have known you, you have been an excellent example of leadership in the club. You are a regularly active member of the Clan channels, and I see you frequently hyping up the accomplishments of our members. Whenever I am looking to collect member feedback on something you have already beaten me to it. You are regularly helping out our newer members and are an excellent example of the Odanite Code. You were ready to take the reigns as we transitioned into the new COU leadership roster, and you have been a consistent help in getting caught up on stuff I miss.

I look forward to watching you continue to grow as a leader, as a COU member, and as a friend.

Padawan Tisto Kingang, 2026-09-23 23:21:14 UTC

Corinna, I remember when we first met while I was searching for a new Aedile of House Hoth. You joined our first conversation a little unsure of yourself but eager and already showing signs of a good leader. I was very impressed and was very Happy to hire you to my staff.

From your first day on the job, you were ready to not only learn about our members, but the house and its history. You wanted to learn it so you could respect it as we moved forward. Even though your first couple of months were rough, you were also a solid Aedile and were always there for me to run things by for a sanity or morality check. For that, I will always be grateful; especially when we disagreed, you took the time to talk it out with me so we could come up with a decision we both were happy with. It was truly a great partnership, one that I’m happy to be able to continue from the sidelines.

Taking on the Quaestor role, you grabbed the bull by the horns and are doing great things with the members and the House. I know it was sooner than expected, but you impressed me yet again by how well you are doing as Quaestrix of House Hoth!

I also want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for inspiring, helping, and sometimes guilting me into being involved and, not to mention, being active within the House; you’re a good Leader and an even better friend!

I know you have been looking forward to this promotion, and I am very honored to be able to add my recommendation to it.

Congratulations, Corrina, on your promotion. I am very proud of you!

Edgar Drachen, The Hothfather

Ghost Edgar Drachen, 2026-09-21 21:52:03 UTC

Corinna has been nothing short of impressive since joining COU. She was thrown into the fire right off the bat, stepping up to be Hoth’s aedile right before a Great Jedi War, where she immediately went to work rallying the troops and leading from the front with full participation in all bins. As if that wasn’t enough, while the war was going on she was busy working behind the scenes with her counterparts in Sunrider on a lore-heavy clan event in Flashpoint.

After the war, Corinna was a beacon of poise and professionalism, stepping into the role of Quaestor during a changeover of nearly the entire COU summit. She made sure all the members of her house were taken care of awards-wise and brought on Kadrol up to speed as the new Hoth aedile.

I count myself exceptionally lucky to have a leader as wise, steadfast and driven as Corinna working on the Odan-Urr summit. I do not exaggerate in the least when I say she already carries herself like an elder of the club. In a relatively short time she has proven herself to be like a lighthouse in a stormy sea, rock solid and lighting the way into the future.

Congratulations on reaching the pinnacle equite rank, I have no doubt you will ascend to elder before too long.

High Councillor Turel Sorenn, 2026-09-21 22:11:37 UTC

To put words into writing Corinna’s impact on me and the rest of Clan Odan-Urr would be to diminish the meaning of the words themselves. Nevertheless, I will attempt to accomplish this monumental task. Where do I even begin?

Corinna and I first met during the Great Jedi War, where we first chatted amongst the fourty-six Pazaak matches the two of us played together. It was her positivity and dedication in both competition and leadership that led me to jump at the chance to join House Hoth. That type of leadership is infectious. We can talk about the numbers all day, but what goes beyond that is how all those competitions organized and competed in pushes the rest of us to strive for those lofty goals. Corinna is a shining example of what it means to lead by example.

Corinna, though we have only known each other for a short while, it is already impossible to imagine a DJB without your mark. Congratulations on your promotion to the pinnacle of the Equite ranks.

Kataryna Blackfall, you have successfully completed the Trial of Identity and confirmed your e-mail address, for which you have earned the rank of Novitiate 2. While you may currently be on a shuttle to House Tyranus, I will continue to follow your progress with great interest.

Mandalorian Vailhanz, or as I know him, Bruno, has been a wonderful member of the community as long as I have known him. He has been supportive of fellow artists and worked as an artist for a variety of Dossier items and other projects. His contributions can be found in detail with the other comments on this recc. Through his artistic work, Vailhanz has reached the required 12500 XP to reach the rank of Equite 2.

Grand Inquisitor Hector Von Ricmore, 2026-09-14 20:30:21 UTC

I would like to recommend Vailhanz for promotion to Equite 2 in recognition of their continued contributions to the Brotherhood over the past seven months.

Since their last promotion, Vailhanz has continued to make meaningful contributions as an artist, both through their work with the Herald and within the wider Brotherhood art community. Their creativity and willingness to contribute have made them a valuable member of this community and their work has consistently helped enrich the Brotherhood for the better.

Beyond their artistic contributions, Vailhanz remains a welcomed and friendly member of the Vizsla community. They have consistently demonstrated the kind of positive attitude and camaraderie that makes a community stronger, readily engaging with others and contributing to the welcoming atmosphere of the clan.

It has also been great to see Vailhanz remain active in both of these communities while participating in the Great Jedi War. Their continued engagement demonstrates a commitment not only to their own growth, but also to supporting the Brotherhood, its events, and the people who enjoy them.

Congrats Vail, keep up the great work and thank you for the continued activity, creativity, and dedication across multiple areas of the Brotherhood. Vizsla is lucky to have you as part of our community.

Raiju, 2026-09-11 19:12:27 UTC

Bruno has been a staple of the Herald staff for a while now. His quality of work and work ethic have been a marvel to me, personally, and his willingness to show his work and share with others has improved the overall Herald staff for the better. He is a wonderful teacher, even when he doesn't necessarily intend to be and his art has nothing but improved our staff, our Club and our community. Thank you, Bruno, once again for your marvelous work and congrats on your well deserved promotion.

It's been roughly 5 months since Vizsla was blessed with the addition of Yeyu to the clan. In that time, they've had a meteorite rise through our achievement systems and ranks. This can't be overstated; Yeyu is a powerhouse addition to the clan, in more ways than simply activity. Their presence and engagement with the community brings such positivity that I've found it refreshing. For all this and more, I've delighted to share that Yeyu has reached the required 23000 XP to reach the rank of Equite 3 and deserves to be celebrated today.

Since their last promotion, 2 months ago, Yeyu has participated in 127 competitions, 105 gaming activities, and 10 fiction activities. Of those fiction activities, 5 were regular fiction with 4204 words while the rest were RP sessions with a total of 4218 words. Yeyu also completed an outstanding 24 courses in the Shadow Academy, earning 3 degrees, while also obtaining 8 society rank-ups (2 Aurora Collegium, 2 Inquisitorius, 1 Shroud, 1 ACC, 2 Envoy). Finally, to showcase Yeyu's achievements, they have also earned 1 Amethyst Kukri, 59 total Crescents, 1279 clusters of fire, 22 clusters of Ice, 28 clusters of grpahite, 1 scroll of foundation, and 24 seals of animosity. Finally, they've also contributed 794,030 credits to the clan coffers.

Yeyu, achieving Equite 3 places you in a special group. Most members don't make it past journeymen ranks while those that do, a majority burn out in the first two ranks. Those that are able to continue to the journey and achieve this level are notably the most dedicated of our community and their names of easly recognizable to others in the club. I believe you fit this description as well so I know this promotion is well earned and deserved. Keep up the fantastic work and know that Vizsla appreciates everything you bring to the table. Tonight, let the halls of Saga rejoice in celebration of you.

When I met Niko in Where Winds Meet, they told me they were a very shy person and it took quite a bit of time to open up. I reassured him I was the patient type and would always do my best to help him out where I could, including in dealing with other people. In the interest of supplying him with more fun things to do and maybe making some more friends, I talked him into joining the DJB, he agreed, but said he wasn't sure how much he'd really do. Over the next couple of months, I introduced him to gaming competitions, character creating, and a bit of the writing - though really, his first love was puzzles. Thankfully, between making new friends in the club, indulging his (very) competitive side, and enjoying the various prompts that several of the competitions gave him for his writing and artwork, he began expanding out; more friends, more work, more fun, more inspirations, and I've been thrilled to watch it all grow within our community. Niko has become one of my closest friends and has grown as a member to be a staple in certain areas of the Discord as well as the Club as a whole. A truly shining star of Vizsla, Niko's energy is good for the Clan and since he's joined our Summit he has been doing his best to assist, dived head-first into competition making with excitement, made interesting contributions, and offered even more help with projects that haven't even started yet. I'm incredibly proud to see him cross over the one of the greater thresholds of the DJB Ranks and hope to have him not only in our membership, but by my side, for a long, long time. What that dog do? That pup do work.

Pontifex Azler, 2026-09-05 09:29:27 UTC

Community is what makes our club great. It's why it has stood the rest of time. Niko is a shining example of this. Always putting their best paw forward in everything they do. Massive amounts of activity is awesome (which they have), a great work ethic in learning leadership is fantastic ( they are also doing this), but being a warm and friendly with a great attitude is the best attribute a member can have. Niko exemplifies this. They chat with everyone, and make us all smile and feel better even on bad days. Heck even on bad days for them. Vizsla is a better place for having Niko in it and I honestly can't think of better way to put it.

Congrats Niko, extra ear scratches and belly rubs incoming.
