There are very few people in this club that I've had the privilege of serving beside for as long as Tahiri. We started as Quaestors together in Plagueis, I had the honor of serving as her Proconsul, and years later, when I made the move to Arcona, there wasn't a question in my mind about who I wanted standing beside me again. Bringing Tahiri over to serve as my Proconsul wasn't simply because she's an incredible leader... it was because I trust her completely.
If I ever had to pick someone to stand beside me, it was always going to be Tahiri. She's the kind of leader who earns your trust without ever asking for it, and the kind of friend who reminds you why you've stayed in this crazy club for so many years.
If you've ever met her, chances are you've also met "Tahiggles." It's impossible not to smile when she's around. Whether she's welcoming a brand new member, cheering someone on after a competition, convincing people to join "just one more" late-night game of Dead by Daylight or Phasmophobia (which somehow turns into three hours), Tahiri has a way of making every interaction memorable. She brings an energy to the Brotherhood that simply can't be taught.
Behind all of that laughter is one of the hardest working members this club has ever seen.
Since earning Elder, Tahiri has continued to prove exactly why she deserved that recognition. She completed another outstanding term as Quaestrix of Ventress before accepting appointments as an Exarch staff and, most recently, as Proconsul of Arcona. In every position she's held, she has done what Tahiri has always done best: put members first. She checks in on people. She encourages them. She celebrates their successes more than her own. She quietly does the little things that make someone feel like they belong here.
And then there are the numbers.
Honestly... they're ridiculous.
Over 3,100 competitions entered. 93 competitions organized. More than 185,000 lifetime XP. Nearly 10,000 Clusters of Fire. Over 12 million credits generated for three different clans. More than 116 Shadow Academy courses completed. Tens of thousands of words of fiction and roleplay. Gaming, writing, graphics, roleplaying, there isn't an aspect of this club that Tahiri hasn't thrown herself into with everything she has.
The scary part? She never seems to slow down.
But I've never believed activity alone is what makes someone worthy of becoming a Master. Plenty of people can collect medals. Plenty of people can chase numbers.
Very few people make others want to stay.
Tahiri is one of those people.
I've watched members gravitate toward her because she's approachable, kind, encouraging, and genuinely excited to see others succeed. I've watched her mentor newer members without ever making it feel like a chore. I've watched her celebrate victories that weren't her own simply because someone else was proud of what they'd accomplished. Those moments are what define a leader far more than any spreadsheet ever could.
Some of my favorite Brotherhood memories involve Tahiri. The late-night gaming sessions that somehow become therapy sessions. The endless joking. The chaos. The laughter. The moments where she reminds all of us that this club isn't just about competitions and promotions, it's about the friendships we build along the way.
She's become one of my closest friends, and I don't say that lightly.
Watching her grow from the leader she was when we first served together into the leader she is today has been one of the greatest privileges of my time in the Brotherhood. She has never stopped learning. Never stopped improving. Never stopped caring.
Master is more than another title. It's recognition that someone has left a permanent mark on this club. Tahiri has done that many times over.
Congratulations, Tahiggles. Thank you for every laugh, every late-night gaming session, every "one more match" that turned into several more hours, and for never reporting me to the Chamber of Justice over my totally "harmless" scissor threats. I couldn't be prouder to call you my Proconsul, my partner in leadership, and one of my closest friends.

Since joining us as Proconsul, Tahiri has continued to be the same radiant start that I've always known her to be. She has been kind, welcoming, and inclusive to her new home here in Arcona, as well as to helping out the Summit with some much needed energy. Her performance in the GJW was stellar, fueled by her steadfast activity, and I look forward to getting to keep working with her as a fellow member of the Summit.
As a member of Exarch Staff, Tahiri has been quick to pick up the administration, and done excellent work engaging the community, being a positive face for RP, and setting up her own adventures for members to take part in.
Congratulations on reaching this milestone, Tahiri. You are a representation of what I believe most members should strive towards, and definitely embody what being an Elder means beyond the numbers.

Tahiri Tahiri Tahiri. I can't properly convey the amount of excitement I felt when I learned you had popped for Elder 2. Tahiggles, you're awesome. Truly one of my favorite people in the club, you didn't hesitate to help me find a story hook for Bril when I joined the club as a wee little Plagueian three years ago. Since then, you've never ceased to be an excellent mentor and friend to me just as your character has been to mine throughout their history.
You're always laughing (hence the name Tahiggles), spreading your infectious energy to anyone you interact with in chat or in voice calls. You're positive, supportive, and a paragon of activity who leads by example whether that be through gaming, writing, roleplaying, or any other activity the club has to offer. I'm really grateful to have met you and to call you a friend. I'm overjoyed to see you making it to the next rank. Enjoy all the new perks you can use to control your stabbies, Tahiggles. <3
Warden Bril Teg Erinos, 2026-08-04 03:46:22 UTC
When I want to talk about growth as a leader, Tahiri is always my first example. When I took over as Proconsul of Plagueis a few years ago, Tahiri was languishing. She hadn't been given the proper training, she didn't know how to write recommendations, she was incredibly active, but her skills as a leader were lacking. This wasn't her fault. She hadn't been given the guidance. With direction and explanations given, she absolutely thrived and excelled.
Today, she is an incredibly successful leader in this Club. Proconsul in her own right, she's an administrative and activity powerhouse. She can engage any member about anything and get them on board. Her infectious personality is an absolute delight (and it's Tagiggles. I should know, I coined it).
There is a reason that she's joining the elite rank of EL2, and it is everything listed above by everything above. She's a great friend, and now a Master.
Dread Lord Alaris Jinn, 2026-08-04 05:36:21 UTC
Tahiri is one of the absolute bright spots of the Brotherhood, and one of the people in it that I miss working with the most. Her overall dedication has never once wavered over the years, even as real life and work schedules have thrown up road blocks and had her face challenges that most others never do. Through it all, she has been one of the rocks that Plagueis, and before that Tarentum and after Arcona, has been built on.
She has brought more unbridled joy to the Brotherhood than any other five people combined. One could be having a hard day, a crappy week, but just chatting with Tahiri and seeing her with her members would be enough to be dragged out of a funk. Her work as a leader, her absolute insanity when it comes to personal activity, all of them come together to embody the kind of person that serves as the paradigm of what a great member of the Brotherhood should strive to be.
I owe more to Tahiri and everything she did than can be put into words, but I still will make a ham-fisted attempt: Congratulations, Tahiri. This honor was built over years of effort and work, and has rarely if ever been more deserved. I offer my personal thanks for all that you have done, and all you continue to do, for the Brotherhood and the people within it.

Kitty Reign is a stalwart member of our community and Vizsla is bless to count her as a member of our crew. It will be 6 months tomorrow since she joined our club and her joyful personality has been a notable improvement upon it since the day she joined. We are better due to her friendly demeanor and welcoming presence; aspects that no doubt contribute to the various groups I see her engaging with whether it been having fun in game, RP session, or in our chats sharing her knitting. Someone who contributes to our community like this is, no doubt, worthy of being raised to the Equite class and I'm excited to announce that as of today, Kitty has reached the required 6800 XP to reach the rank of Equite 1.
As I've alluded to above, Kitty is an all-rounder when to comes to activity and she's obtained the required XP by participating in 29 competitions, 22 gaming activities, 1 fiction activity with 574 words. She also has 5 society rank-ups (1 INQ, 3 Shroud, 1 Envoy) and obtained 1 Grand Cross, 1 Bronze Nova, 1 Cr-A, 1 Cr-E, 1Cr T, 1 CR-Q, 49 clusters of fire, 2 Clusters of Ice, 32 Clusters of Graphite, and 15 Seals of Animosity from her appreciated participation in the recent GJWXVII. Finally, she has also contributed 284100 credits to the clan coffers since her last promotion.
I'm delighted to see Kitty advance from the Journeymen class to the Equite class, this is a statement that you no longer are a newbie to our community but a fully fledge individual who has more than merited their place in our community. Indeed, at this point you've shown that you are a pillar of Vizsla and we thank you for contributing to our little space on the internet.

Kitty continues to prove herself as a solid member of the Club as another promotion quickly approaches due in part to her participating with more aspects of it; roleplaying, writing, drawing, and playing with more members. She is always down for doing things when she can and helping others achieve their goals as well. Displaying good activity for someone as busy as she is, and even winning numerous competition in spite of it, her gift for art and craft shining brightly, she has earned this breakthrough to the next tier of ranks with zero doubt in my mind even beyond the XP system. I'm proud to see her doing so well and look forward to her reaching even higher points in the future.

So...this guy again.
Donny, the Log, has never lost the forest for the trees. He has been a steadfast member and presence within the club that can always be seen gaming, pushing the community, and entering a full tilt from repeated Rivals matches because his sanity is less important than hanging out with our members (until he finally goes over the edge and has to walk away. It happens to us all).
And I, for one, thank the loss of his sanity. It led to him taking on tasks that look gargantuan at first glance but become manageable as he chips away at them. This has resulted in a great many successes for the Fist office and the gaming community, the least of which being the smoothest GJW tournament I've ever seen.
But, more importantly, Donny is a friend. One I've seen go through the ups and downs of membership. I've had the privilege of watching him rise through the ranks of several clans, for the cream rises to the top, and the passion with which he approached the positions. I got to see him finally step into his own as a Consul for the first time and how that affected and changed him. Finally, I saw him as a successful Fist and taking on the challenges there-in.
For all this, and the constant XP grind, I'm happy to put my voice to his promotion. To achieve the rank of Elder 2 really shivers the timbers. Congratulations, Donny.

I admire Donny a great deal, as a member, as a leader and as a person. He is patient, focused, honest, fair and consistent. During my Fist term, I was supremely fortunate to have Donny as my Praetor. He was dedicated, persistent and attacked anything that needed to be done with impeccable professionalism. Most importantly though, he was my better angel, a voice of reason, the honest voice of a friend to pull me back from my own excesses and force me to pause and think and listen. When real life forced me to take a knee, Donny stepped up took my crazy dream of a battle pass, made it his own and carried it through to completion for the whole club to enjoy.
I’ve had the honor of seeing Donny’s Fist term as a regular member and as a peer on the council in the gaming trenches with him during the last GJW. I can honestly say he surpassed me in every way, he has taken the wisdom of all who came before and combined it with his own experience. Donny is the best of us. And when I see how he mentors his staff and shepherds the gaming community I know the future of gaming in the club is bright because of him.
This gets said often in promotion recs but in my deepest heart of hearts I believe that no one has deserved the rank of Master more. Congrats my friend.
High Councillor Turel Sorenn, 2026-07-24 17:09:04 UTC
It is a privilege to add my voice to the chorus recognizing our incredible FIST, Donny (or our great Log) for promotion to the rank of Elder 2. This is one of the Brotherhood's rarest distinctions, reserved for members whose sustained dedication, leadership, and service have left an undeniable mark on the club. Donny has more than earned his place among them.
Throughout his time in the Brotherhood, Donny has consistently demonstrated what it means to lead by example. From progressing through the ranks of unit leadership from Battleteam Leader all the way to serving as Consul, to contributing on multiple staffs as both a Magistrate and Praetor, and now spending the past year and a half as our FIST, he has continually stepped forward wherever the club has needed him most. In every role, he has worked not only to keep things running smoothly, but to improve them for the benefit of the membership as a whole.
Beyond the titles and positions, however, Donny's greatest strength has always been the example he sets. His level of activity is remarkable, his commitment unwavering, and his willingness to support others never in doubt. He is the kind of member who quietly elevates everyone around him simply by consistently showing up, putting in the work, and giving his best. The Brotherhood is unquestionably stronger because of his efforts.
Congratulations, Donny. This promotion is exceptionally well deserved, and I can think of few members more worthy of joining the ranks of our EL2s. May your bonfire continue to burn long and brightly.
Lord Idris Adenn, 2026-07-24 17:17:07 UTC
It feels strange to write this, as I honestly had not realised Donny wasn’t already an Elder 2. He has always had a presence in the club, a name mentioned even before he returned to the areas I had begun to occupy years ago. It’s a privilege to partake in writing this, especially so with that in mind. Setting the balance back into place, so to say.
I don’t want to repeat everything that was already said again exactly, but to that same tune Donny is probably one of the most reliable people in the club. When he took on Vizsla, he set out with tasks to do and completed them. He had goals within the FIST office as a staffer and did them and has repeated that same pattern again while leading that same office. If he says something will be done, it will get done. And to an astounding quality and level of detail.
It’s a hell of a standard that he’s leaving behind. It’s one that I hope to be able to meet the standard of. Though if I do, it will be in large part due to him. He’s worked extensively with me, ensuring I understand the nitty gritty of the backend, prepping reports and even looping me in to help on the Battlepass project. I got to see how much work he puts in, not only into the projects obviously but into the membership and the club. Much of what happens on the DC is easy to nod and forget about as the reports fly by but, as it is for everyone up there, I’ve seen the hours of labor Donny has put into the office and even more hours of contemplation, theory crafting and discussion.
So, to Donny, congratulations on getting even older here as well as in real life, and enjoy upgrading Vael’s character sheet. The log becomes a cane.

It is both a privilege and an honor to stand before the Brotherhood and recommend DarkHawk for promotion to Elder 2.
This is not a promotion bestowed lightly. Elder promotions represent some of the highest recognitions our club can offer, reserved for members whose dedication, leadership, and impact have shaped the Brotherhood over many years. They are milestones that reflect not only extraordinary accomplishments, but the respect and admiration earned from an entire community. I can think of no one more deserving of joining those ranks than DarkHawk.
There is perhaps no member more synonymous with celebrating the achievements of others than DarkHawk. Whether it is a promotion, an award, or another milestone, his enthusiasm is infectious, his encouragement genuine, and his support unwavering. It is only fitting that today we turn the spotlight back onto him and celebrate one of the greatest milestones of his own career. This promotion is a recognition of years of service, countless hours invested in our members, and a legacy that has strengthened both Clan Naga Sadow and the Brotherhood as a whole.
When we speak about what it means to be an Elder, we expect someone who serves as a pillar of the community. Someone who leads by example, who consistently contributes regardless of title or recognition, and whose presence makes those around them better. DarkHawk embodies those qualities in every sense of the word.
Whether serving as Consul over the past three years or simply contributing as one of our most active members, DarkHawk has always been someone the club could rely upon. Leadership has never been something he turns on or off depending on the position he holds. It is reflected in the example he sets, the encouragement he offers, and the consistency with which he gives back to the Brotherhood.
His record speaks volumes. Since attaining Elder 1, DarkHawk has organized an astounding 164 competitions, helping create opportunities for hundreds of members to participate, improve, and enjoy our community. Many of these competitions have supported our largest events, including multiple Pro Bowls, where reliable organizers are essential to the success of the club. Behind every competition lies planning, judging, feedback, and administration, work that often goes unseen but is critical to keeping the Brotherhood thriving.
Just as impressive is his own participation. DarkHawk has entered 547 competitions, earning 253 Crescents through consistently excellent performances across a remarkable variety of events. His creativity is perhaps best demonstrated through nearly 100,000 words of fiction, an incredible body of work that reflects years of dedication. Along the way, he has also earned nearly 5,000 Clusters, demonstrating that his commitment extends across every corner of club activity.
Yet impressive statistics alone do not make an Elder.
What truly distinguishes DarkHawk is the attitude behind those accomplishments. He approaches the Brotherhood with positivity, enthusiasm, and an unmistakable passion for seeing others succeed. He has been a steady leader through busy seasons, a dependable teammate during our largest events, and a constant source of encouragement to members both new and old. He has invested not only in competitions and projects, but in the people who make this club what it is.
Over the years, DarkHawk has earned the respect of his peers not simply because of what he has accomplished, but because of how he has accomplished it. With humility, consistency, and genuine excitement for the success of those around him, he exemplifies the qualities we hope every member will strive to emulate.
Congratulations, DarkHawk. This promotion is richly deserved, and I cannot think of a more fitting recognition for everything you have given to this community over the years.
There really is only one word worthy of celebrating this moment.

BOOYA!!!!
DarkHawk has served Clan Naga Sadow as Consul for 3 years now. Before that, he was Proconsul, Quaestor and Aedile.
The man lives and breathes the Clan and the Club as a whole.
He is the biggest hype man I've met, always messaging members, celebrating their work and achievements.
DarkHawk has always maintained that he is a terrible leader and was simply not the right man for the job. Clearly, that is completely wrong.
I am proud of him. Proud of the work he's done. His indefatigable nature in the face of adversity. He is a boon to Clan Naga Sadow and to the Club as a whole. I'm lucky that he chose me to be his Master and mentor in the club.
He respects all, he appreciates all, he gives his all.
Just as Idris said at the end of his recommendation, I must do the same. There can be only one word to describe DarkHawk.
BOOYA!
Professor Sanguinius Tsucyra Entar, 2026-07-23 18:28:55 UTC
Darkhawk is a beast. He jumps up and down, cheerleading and drawing attention to everyone else's actions, their accolades, their successes, all while minimizing his own significant efforts. That humility, that desire to serve, to put his members first is not just admirable, it's aspirational.
I've long held the perhaps antiquated view of elders that they must be a force that their absence would leave a void in the Brotherhood. That their efforts have had a long-lasting effect on this club's survival, well above and beyond what any hard data like participation metrics and reports delivered could possibly measure. That our Brotherhood would be in a worse place if not for them.
So what then, for Masters?
Darkhawk is all that I just laid out and more. He is a fervent promoter of his members' efforts. He is one of the very reasons that people get out and do things, drag themselves out of funks and come back and remember what friends that they have here. He steadies almost every conversation he is in with his patience and contemplation. His fanatic enthusiasm and unabashed enjoyment of this nerdy hobby we all share gives us all room to indulge a little bit more deeply. To try and grab hold of that childlike glee we all felt watching saturday morning cartoons. To share in our imaginations and abandon the daily drudgery, even just for a few moments.
It's not that Naga Sadow would be diminished without Darkhawk.
It's that the Brotherhood would.
It's that I would too. I and all too many others who you have touched in your time here.
Thank you, Darkhawk. It means a lot, and I want to make damned sure that you know it. Congratulations on reaching the rank of Master. It was well earned.
Oh, and I almost forgot. BOOYA!
Lord Muz Ashen Keibatsu, 2026-07-23 23:00:32 UTC
DarkHawk easily makes the shortlist for the nicest person in the club. He's the first to say thank you and the first to say congratulations. I struggle to remember any staffer as consistent about proactively checking in, not just to ask if he can help, but also to ask how people are doing and what they need. The only member he won't build up is himself; the man is humble and selfless, always quick to shift the spotlight back onto his Sadowans or his teammates.
The luxury of a supporting recommendation is that I don't have to lay out numbers or justify anything, I can just say what I appreciate about the member. And the longer I'm here, the more I appreciate DarkHawk's single-minded focus on just making the community a nice place for people to be, the way you can take it for granted that he's going to assume good faith and try his best. There are weeks in leadership where his gentleness and even keel seem borderline miraculous, speaking as an occasional prima donna myself. He's the Brotherhood's chill uncle, and we're a better community for his presence.
