Greetings Master at Arms,

I bring before you today a member of the Royal Clan that has influenced more than just his House and Clan. Kalak Ragnose serves as Magistrate to the Headmaster, specializing in Journeyman Competitions. So far, there have been 3-4 such competitions, some of which didn’t garner much support, but have been shown to be improving over time. This, in conjunction with his work as Rollmaster of House Acclivis Draco, taking over from the very capable Tra’an Reith, more than warrant him for promotion into the Equite ranks.

Most of my interaction with Kalak comes on the House level, where he serves as Rollmaster of HAD. He has started several competitions for his House and ensures that QUA Timbal and AED Tra’an have the most up to date information on their members as possible. This ensures that the members of HAD are promoted and recognized as soon as humanly possible for their efforts.

Kalak is a constant presence on IRC, offering a helping hand and information to anyone who asks. It is these selfless acts that have truly endeared him to me. He is always willing to assist a new member, whether they are from his House or not. His dedication to the younger members of the Clan and Brotherhood is surpassed by only a few of the old timers in the Club. It is my distinct opinion that Kalak is far past due for promotion into the Equite ranks and it is my pleasure and honor to finally recommend him for promotion to Krath Priest.

Since joining the House Summit at the end of August of 2008, Kalak Ragnose has been quite dedicated to his duties as Roll Master of House Acclivis Draco. From the beginning, he has taken on his duties with a passion, individually contacting each member of the House to see where they stand, and working with myself and the Aedile to work out any outstanding issues that may have been in play.

In addition, he has always kept on top of the House roster, checking weekly for anything that might have escaped our attention. His report writing is right up there, concise, to the point, and having a good load of information.

He’s successfully run several competitions for the House, getting valuable feedback from the House members that we use to tailor the way we run things.

He has also been on point when it comes to our on-going Master/Student Program. He’s successfully been able to pair up various Masters and Students, and in the case of one particular Master/Student pair, he’s also kept up with the on-going work of the Student to ensure that they get properly recognized when they submit work.

His presence in IRC is quite commendable, being there more often than not, and being a really approachable member of the Summit to any House member. His insights in our conversation are often interesting and fun.

On the Summit project side, he’s single-handedly responsible for the creation and fleshing out of the House companies and facilities information that we’re doing for the House, something that is quite critical in creating a believable fictional setting for us. He’s also a great sounding board for new projects or ideas, and he doesn’t hesitate to run with something that we request him to do.

Finally, since being elevated to Dark Jedi Knight, Kalak has received seven Legion of the Scholar awards, six Crescents of various kinds, three Scroll of Foundation awards, an Anteian Cross, a Seal of Loyalty, six Seal of Remembrance awards, and a Dark Cross all have been earned. This is truly an outstanding effort and an indicator of how much he puts in into the House.

It is my great pleasure and honor to welcome Kalak Ragnose into the ranks of the Equites, and I am looking forward to seeing him climb up to greater heights. Well done, Kalak!

KE Timbal Palpatine (Krath)/QUA-EP/Acclivis Draco of Scholae Palatinae

Since joining the Summit of House Acclivis Draco at the resignation of Revenge X Palapatine, Kalak has exemplified what a Roll Master should be. He has worked extremely hard to encourage the members below DJK, picking up where I left off and finding all persons in need of a Master, a Master. He has worked with other RM's to get this done in a timely fashion, devoting himself without more than a thank you from Quaestor and Aedile. He has spent countless hours editing house documents, adding to House Companies and Facilities, and truly being an outstanding summit member.

He is a friendly face that is one IRC everyday, easily accessible, and very inventive. He has come up with two house competitions, once of which we ran in an attempt to garner feedback from our House. What we got was limited, but mostly goodjobs, and attaboys, some of the newer members complimenting Kalak on helping them. He helps formulate other competitions, some of which we are planning to run after the GJW.

This truly devoted member of the House has earned his right to be called KP Kalak Ragnose.

Elevation Request: Krath Priest DJK Ood Bnar Sythe'rae (3317)

The elevation from the Journeymen Class to the Equites does not come lightly, nor should it. An individual will have to have shown excellence in leadership, activity and ingenuity to earn their ranks henceforth. Yet, I believe Ood more than capable and willing of serving his Clan and the Brotherhood as he continues forward as a Krath Priest.

It has been nearly two years since his last elevation, but Ood has been hard at work since then competing in countless competitions and participating in three separate Brotherhood-wide Vendettas and collecting Seals of Duplicity (10), Seal of Darkness, and Seals of Pain (5). In addition, he also earned two Bronze Nova and a Gold Nova from those events. He has also collected eleven (11) Legions of the Scholar, five (5) Dark Side Scrolls, eleven (11) Scrolls of Foundation, three (3) Clusters of Fire, twelve crescents (4 Cr-S, 3 Cr-E, 2 Cr-T, 3 Cr-Q), two Dark Crosses, three Anteian Crosses and two Steel Crosses. In addition to collecting medals, he has also been hard at work in the Shadow Academy completing many courses: AOL Instant Messenger, Astronomy, Capital Starship Studies, Chamber of Justice, Clan Plagueis History, Dark Brotherhood Basics, Freighters and Transports, Hand-to-Hand Combat, History of the Sith Empire (1, 2, 3), HTML Basics, Imperial Starfighters, Advanced Poetry, Krath Poetry, Old Republic History, Starfighter Studies, Weapon Basics, Wiki Basics. And collecting several Dark Side Degrees: Dark Maven: Flight, Dark Maven: History, Dark Maven: Service, Dark Savant: Service.

Ood can also boast six continuous months of service as a House Envoy and Roll Master for both House Acclivis Draco and House Caliburnus of Scholae Palatinae (in which he served under me). During that time, he was tasked with ensuring regular communication with his members ranked under Dark Jedi Knight and answering their questions as they came. He also posted ten reports and has run seven competitions. Though, none should forget his tenure as a Dark Voice Staff Member where he helped Telona and created the sodoku puzzles that spurred some additional activity.

Most recently, Ood has now become the de facto authority in Plagueis about the Message Forums. He initiates conversation about them, hosts competitions through them and has several other developments up his sleeve to keep people interested. Soon, he will have to take up the mantle of mentor - once again - and teach a student that which he knows and can relate. Much like he did with his previous student, Sith Warrior Zeron. In which, Ood created a wonderful, active member out of.

Keep up the hard work, Ood. It does not go unnoticed or unappreciated. And I am honored to induct yet another into the Equites of the Krath Order.

Elevation Request: Dark Jedi Knight JH Strats Grimm (9366)

Strats Grimm is one of the most promising Journeymen in the Brotherhood today. His time in House Satal Keto has been full of activity and even crossing into the world of Leadership. Since reaching the rank of Jedi Hunter, Strats has received a Quartz Crescent, 5 Topaz, 4 Emerald, 2 Sapphire, and 1 Ruby Crescent; clearly competing in several competitions across the DB. He participated greatly during the 2k8 Independence Games, receiving 12 Seals of Remembrance and a Steel Cross for his particpation, as well as placing in two events.

He was also appointed to Sith Commander of the Battleteam Satal Victus, HSK's Battleteam at the time. During his tenure there he pioneered the BT Posititional Placements, assigning every member of the BT a specific job during battle, and he also updated the Wiki Page to include these, as well as details surrounding those positions. He ran numerous competitions while in this position as well including, but not limited to, a SV Logo Design Comp and a Beta Base Design Comp.

He also continued his work in the Shadow Academy, receiving both the Dark Mavens in Philosophy and History. He also completed the Force Philosophy, IRC Channel Operator, Krath Core, Leadership Fundamentals, Old Republic History, and Starfighter Studies Courses. Strats has also been active in run-ons participating in the Crimson Conclusion and also a recent 1-on-1 Run-on with Braecen Kaeth. Strats remains active on IRC as well. Strats Grimm is more than ready to receive a promotion to Dark Jedi Knight and construct his own lightsaber. Congrats, Strats. This is well deserved.

I am honored to preside over the elevation of the Hunter Grimm. Especially, as I have worked so close with him as a member, a leader and a student. This is one of those elevations that I will always remember.

Strats has been a Jedi Hunter for over six weeks, collected a merit award and a bucket full of crescents. He has participated in fifteen (15) competitions and them some; spanning across his House, Clan and the Brotherhood. As a leader - part of his major House task - he ran countless competitions without the assistance of his superiors and brought about great changes in the Battle Team that have laid ground work for the next generation of the Team under Vivackus.

He has passed both leadership courses, earned two Dark Mavens, and helped write a brilliant story as his final fiction piece. A story that will be wrapped into the Clan Plagueis War of Ascension. His fulfillment of the Master At Arms requirements combined with his tenacity and activity make him a worthy candidate for Knighthood. Good work, Strats.

Lyncoln has met all the requirements for advancement to ACO: 1) Character History has been submitted and approved 2) He is consistently on IRC in the clan channel 3) He has registered on the DB Forums 4) he has passed the Dark Brotherhood Basics 5) He has participated in combat in JO/JA and has had scores submitted Lyncoln continues to exhibit signs of a well rounded member and his activity shows real promise in the coming GJW.
