Legorii, Legz, mi amigo. Where to begin? I think it highly ironic that you're the one with whom I started off abysmally with in Arcona; as fate would have it, though, we became rivals and then great friends. I'll make no bones about it; in terms of activity and accomplishment, you set the standard that we all try to pace. You're an absolute bulwark of this Clan, and you continually amaze and set milestones in achievement.

Let's take a moment to review what this exemplary Arconan has achieved since his last promotion;

-Built the Dark Orb battleteam from the ground up. Created a 50,000 byte wiki page. Created the bios for all 48 marines assigned to the team. Came up with the weapons and armor proposals, and pushed them through Summit approval. Wrote the Dark Orb Code. Researched the history of its leaders and applied fictional backgrounds and history for the team. Structured the Phyle with its various teams and individual roles. Recruited one of the strongest battleteams in Arconan history.

-Led Dark Orb to a solid second place in the Great Hunt. Only a week or two after the team was created, Legorii led his team by example, sweeping by proud, established battleteams to place a close second.

-Has participated in every competition available to him since his last promotion, from Raken's fictions, to the Shadow Academy's trivia, to Clan competitions. He has calculated that 87% of all his competition entries thus far in his DB life have placed in the top three.

-Competed in every single event of the Uneasy Alliances Feud, taking first place in Clan Arcona and third overall. Placed first in the ACC, despite having qualified only days before. This is on the heels of participating in every Independence Games event, taking third there as well.

-Created the Clan Arcona Vault, creating wiki articles for every artifact in Arcona's name and linking them together.

-Wrote over a dozen articles about the specifications and information concerning all of the types of starfighters currently serving in Arcona's fleets. Then, he wrote articles for every fighter squadron in those fleets.

-Has created full articles for over two dozen Arconan military NPCs, from all the squadron commanders to capital ship officers to division commanders.

-Has done extensive Shadow Academy and wiki work in the name of Clan Arcona.

-Has often acted as Rollmaster of both Houses of Clan Arcona, taking on the role of welcoming new members and acclimating them to their new lives in the Brotherhood.

-Has reworked the majority of the Dajorra System, editing the planetary bios and system information.

-Is constantly active on IRC, in close communication with leaders and members alike, and on friendly terms with all he encounters. Is active on the forums as well, helping to greet new members that wander in and coordinate Clan run-ons with other leaders.

-Has received a Scroll of Foundation for actively recruiting new members to the DB in real life, at a movie premier of the Clone Wars.

-Legorii has passed eight courses since his last promotion, bringing his total up to 46 including five degrees with two on the horizon, as well as being EP of two courses (one of which he significantly edited). This means that he has passed every course currently available at the Shadow Academy! He literally can't do anything more!

-Has taken two young Protectors under his wing, both rising stars, Arador and Sephiroth Octavius.

In closing, I'm positively honored to be able to see him elevated as befits him sterling efforts! Jade Imperial has been nothing less than amazing since her last promotion. She has grown beyond the basic leadership level of a Battleteam Leader to that of a member of her House Summit holding the auxilliary position of Rollmaster. Now one might think being a Rollmaster is easier than BTL; not true. Jade has the task of working with HLK RM to keep the Clan MSP up to date, welcoming members, running competitions and much more. Her reports are funny, informative and well written. Her presence of IRC is outstanding so she is always there for HMR members who need her. In fact her leadership development has been a slow and long path, but it has been ever progressive. The Rollmaster spot is a great way of helping adjust from running a BT to running a House. This is something she should feel very proud off. Her willingness to put in her own time and effort to help her Clan, and the DJB in whole is truly astounding.

Her participation within the Battle of Inos has been beyond astounding, however. Jade has been the pillar stone, the poster girl, for HMR. She has participated in near enough if not all of the events. If it was not for the likes of her and a few others, House Marka Ragnos probably wouldn’t have won the Battle of Inos Feud. Her achievements speak for themselves, this is something she dreamt for a long time but never thought she had it in her to achieve. Well, Jade... You have. Congratulations Archpriestess.

Have you ever wanted to AWOL a member, just so they'll stop making you look bad? We'll Jade is that member. She makes everyone look bad! Jade was promoted to Priest on May 7th, but I wholly feel that this recommendation is justified fully. We've all seen that guy who gets promoted way before his time because he helped so-and-so with a project. Jade's not that guy (or girl :). Let me tell you some of what Jade has done since her last promotion. Jade has earned 23 crescents, with 3 more in the que, just since her last promotion. Jade has earned a Steel Cross, two Clusters, and a Legion of the Scholar. Jade finished 4th overall in the Battle for Inos House Feud. Jade has served continuously as Battleteam Leader and Rollmaster of House Marka Ragnos since her last promotion.

Can you say wow ? Shortly after I became Quaestor of House Marka Ragnos, Jade applied for both Aedile and Rollmaster of the House. Obviously, I selected her as my Rollmaster, but I now know that she could be Aedile, and she could even be Quaestor. I delegate an awful lot of stuff to Jade to take care of, yet she does it without the hint of a complaint, and she does it with a smile on her face. Jade also does a lot of stuff that you can't see on her dossier. She really, truly, helps the new members of this House whenever and however she can. She writes a lot of fiction. She's also becoming a sounding board, and shes demonstrating that she understands the intricacies of leadership in the Dark Brotherhood.

A quick look at her dossier, and you can tell Jade's not where she should be. This girl has been around for a decade, and she’s really put it into high gear lately. I don't often write recommendation for members who'll be joining my rank, or exceeding it, but Jade's definitely an exception. I can say in all honesty that without her, HMR would not have won the House Feud. HMR would not have nearly as many competitions to participate in. HMR would not have the identity it has today.

In the five months since earning the rank of Krath Priest, Jade Atema has shown great activity for her House and Clan. Alexander Anderson is perhaps one of the few highly dedicated and hard working Journeymen this Clan has to offer. He has serves as Battleteam Leader and Aedile in House Marka Ragnos (both under mine and Derev's command). He now is a BTL in House Ludo Kressh. Xander's Feud participation and rewards have shown him to not only be a leader but an active member as well. His submissions have been entertaining and well written (as one would expect from a DJK). When I first started out as Quaestor of House Marka Ragnos (the second time), Xander was my 'already in place Aedile'. I won't lie, when I first met him, I didn't like the guy one bit. Eventually, he went his own way and ended up in House Ludo Kressh. However, since then, my take on the guy has changed quite a bit.

We actually discussed promoting Xander to the Equites when he resigned as my Aedile, but we decided to wait. Now that the Feud is over, I can see no reason to continue that wait. Xander did do a good job as my Aedile in House Marka Ragnos, and he did the job for a few months, which he definitely deserves credit for. On top of that, Xander scored third overall in the Battle for Inos with 1161(!) points. Xander has proven both his leadership abilities and his ability to be a role model through activity. Xander was initially going to receive a Steel Cross for his Feud Performance, however, I can think of no better reward for this man then to welcome him into the Equites.

Xander, you kicked some ass in the House Feud, and your time has Aedile of House Marka Ragnos has not been forgotten. You've demonstrated your ability to serve the greater good, which is, as far as I'm concerned, the requirement for an Equite. Therefore it's my pleasure to welcome you to the next level.
