Dark Jedi Knight Xathia has been my Rollmaster since I became Quaestor of the House Caliburnus in May. During that time, she has helped to lead some very active students into assisting the House. Two noteable ones would be Argon and Chiron who did well in the recent Feud. In this time, she was also a trainer in the ACC, and did a tremendous amount of writing and teaching in that function.
As it has been said before, she has been exceptionally active, even through personal problems and moving to a new university. She has come through it all and has been a valued member of the House. It is my opinion that she is long over due for a promotion.

When asked if I would write a promotion recc for DJK Xathia I had to think under what circumstances was she worthy of elevation. Elevation to the ranks of Equite is much different than a simple Journeyman promotion. At this rank she would be formally inducted into her order. She would have to show dedication to her House, Clan, and the Brotherhood as a whole. After much thought, I believe that she is worthy of the elevation and the right to wear her orders colors. Here is why I think she can survive the elevation.
Since her last promotion Xathia has participated in numerous competitions. Of these she was one of our most active members in the Independance games. While she did not place in many events she showed she would stand her ground and fight against a foe. For this she was awarded a Sapphire Star Crescent, four Clusters of Fire, and Four Seals of Rememberance. Xathia has also participated in the local House competitions of late being awarded two Emerald Star Crescents, one Topaz Star crescent, and one Quartz Star Crescent. Lastly She was awarded with a Scroll of Foundation for her work in the ACC.
Also for this promotion you have to take into account her leadership work. When I was appointed as AED of HC, myself and the QUA placed her as the Rollmaster of the house. Xathia has worked tirelessly with out Journeyman to ensure they are aware of any changes to the Clan elevation standards. She has also worked to weed out those too weak to continue upon the Dark Path, and to make sure they have an appropriate amount of competitions and notice of competitions within their ranks. I anticipate with just a bit more training Xath will be ready for a higher leadership position.
This is a long and dark road we are wishing upon her, but one of neccesity. For her to survive in our world means she must advance her power within the Force. I would be proud to see Xathia advance in rank, and even though we are separated by our Orders, I would be honored to have Xathia walk the path with me as an Equite!

The position of Rollmaster within Scholae Palatinae is not an easy one. It requires a great deal of knowledge not only of the Brotherhood, but of the myriad opportunities that CSP has to offer her members. To be able to effectively guide a new member through the plethora of options that they have in the House and Clan takes a truly dedicated and visionary member to accomplish with any degree of effectiveness. Since the demise of the Knights Society of Envoys and the reincarnation of the Rollmasters, there have been very few members that have risen to the occasion and performed their duties beyond the call of duty. One of those members is Dark Jedi Knight Xathia.
Her attention to the younger members and her dedication to the cause of Scholae is one to be emulated by all Rollmasters to come. She is consistent and quick in her emails and replies to new members, guiding them along the path that the Clan had laid out before them. She did this without complaint and with vigor. It is for these reasons that I bring Xathia before you today to recommend her for promotion to Krath Priest(ess). Her mere presence in the Clan forces everyone to work harder and smarter. She has overseen the development of the Journeymen of House Caliburnus with aplomb and an eye towards the future.
She exhibits all the qualities that we look for in an outstanding member of the Royal Clan.. She is deeply involved in the fictional aspect of not only her character, but the Clan as a whole. She has been instrumental in the development of the now deceased CSP Promotion Requirements, inputting a great deal of her opinion and insight into the process to help us to develop the proper training regiment for our members so that they can grow into productive members of the Clan and Brotherhood. Without her, a good deal of the newer members may have languished in Apprentice hell. She serves as the liaison between the Summit and the members, disseminating the needed knowledge and teachings with no thought of what she is getting out of it. Xathia is one of the few members of the Clan that has wholeheartedly embraced our core values of Service before Self and Excellence In All We Do.
It is my honor to finally recommend Xathia for promotion into the Equite Class. Congratulations Priestess Xathia, you have finally arrived.
