Elevation Request: Obelisk Prelate
OT Yzarc Rellik Kaeth (8734)
Induction into the second tier of the Equite-class in the Dark Brotherhood is no small feat. And that is why very few attain this honor, despite years of activity and milling around in the club. Instead, this rank is reserved for those whom serve their Clan and Brotherhood with integrity and ingenuity. Today, I hope to award Yzarc for his continued dedication and service to the Brotherhood with the rank of Obelisk Prelate.
Since his last elevation, Yzarc has competed in numerous competitions. And from those he has collected twelve crescents (2 Cr-A, 2 Cr-S, 4 Cr-E, 2 Cr-Q, 2 Cr-T), thirty eight (38) clusters of fire, a Scroll of Indoctrination, two Dark Crosses, an Anteian Cross, a Steel Cross and a Seal of Loyalty. In addition, he has earned his Dark Maven: Service from the Shadow Academy and completed two Antei Combat Center battles. In combination, he has also recruited and mentored Vorn to the rank of Protector and acted as the Master of House Exar Kun Aedile, Ralph Vundu. Ralph serves as an extraordinary leader and I believe it is in large part from the advice and experience he receives from his Master.
As a leader, Yzarc has served continually since his last elevation. He filled the post of House Caliburnus Aedile for two months, then as the Quaestor for another two months before accepting the role of Clan Plagueis Proconsul - a position he has occupied for nearly six months now. In that time, he has posted fourteen reports, ran six competitions, co-created nearly a dozen more and educated his members about Gaming Nights and the Inter-Club Training Event (ICTE). In addition, he provides relevant information to the Star Wars world beyond the Brotherhood's scope and has acted as the administrator of our Clan tracker (infinitely helping me with member progression/awards). Beyond his basic duties (mailer audits, IRC moderation, mentorship of members and leaders, member contact, etc), he has also assisted with the redrafting of Plagueis infrastructure. This involved rotating ineffective leaders out of the clan and replacing them with more able-bodied candidates, drafting new clan fiction, progressing the clan identity and driving participation.
Perhaps most impressive of all has been Plagueis' emergence and as a legitimate clan. When Yzarc came to our clan our participation rate was low... extremely low. During his tenure we have seen tremendous organic growth which peaked in the recent Thanksgiving Celebration where we had nearly one hundred submissions from 27 different members. You cannot credit any one, single individual for the success, but it surely would not have come if Yzarc was not playing the ever crucial support role of Proconsul. Without his goading me to award/promote people, we would not have the level of new member buy-in we currently possess. And without his patience, we certainly would have lost a few members to death-by-DA-CON... a disease that strikes like lightning!
Thank you for all the hard work, Zarc. Clan Plagueis and I appreciate all the effort you have put into mentorship, fictional development and playing the role of sounding board for a crazy, senile Consul.

The last time Alaric was promoted was April 3rd, 2004. In the four and a half years since then, Alaric has tacked on an amazing amount of awards, positions, and accomplishments, and it is now high time that we promote him. A quick summary of his accomplishments since April 2004 are as follows:
20 Crescents
6 Dark Crosses
2 Anteian Crosses
1 Steel Cross
5 Seals
1 Novae
6 Clusters of Fire
3 Legions of the Scholar
He has also spent the last 3 months as my Aedile, and before that a month as my Rollmaster. He has served on the DV Staff, twice, he has served as Magistrate to the Oracle, he was apart of the CRAPS committee, served four months as Quaestor of House Ektrosis, before that two months as Aedile of House Ektrosis, and, of course, he served five months as Combat Master. As someone whos been overlooked and denied promotions time and time again, I can very much feel for Alaric - and while I don't pretend to know the circumstances of why he has been overlooked in the past - I can say now that he has undoubtedly earned this promotion, and has justified it many times over.
I firmly believe that this members past accomplishments alone that have gone unrewarded have earned him the rank of Krath Archpriest, but on top of that, he has worked under my direct command for the last four months as Aedile and Rollmaster of House Marka Ragnos. Alaric is a constant source of ideas and contributions to House Marka Ragnos. Perhaps the capstone to this reccomendation is the upcoming major house plot event that Alaric has spent the last few weeks working on. To give me an opportunity to participate in a major event, Alaric is single-handedly running this event, which is a major event with dozens of individual competitions.
It's pretty much a foregone conclusion that Alaric will follow me as Quaestor of House Marka Ragnos if I ever decide I've had enough of this job. It's been a true privilage working with him most of the time, and sometimes hes a complete pain in the ass. In the end, I predict that Alaric has a long career ahead of him in the Brotherhood, and I will watch it with great interest. Alaric, my apologizes for this long over-due promotion, and I hope it is the first of many promotions into the senior ranks of the Brotherhood. Congratz!
Sith Battlemaster Derev Niroth
Quaestor of House Marka Ragnos
In the six months since joining Clan Naga Sadow, Alaric has shown great activity for his House and Clan. In this time he has earned himself an outstanding 16 Crescents (2 Amethyst, 4 Sapphire, 2 Emerald, 6 Topaz, and 2 Quartz), 1 Anteian Cross, 4 Dark Crosses, a Cluster of Fire, and a Legion of Scholar. Along with his fine participation in competitions, he also has completed 22 Shadow Academy courses earning 3 Dark Mavens and a Dark Savant in Leadership and Communication. Alaric also spends his time bettering the Clan by taking the responsibility of leadership roles such as his time as Rollmaster of House Marka Ragnos and now serves as the Aedile of Marka Ragnos and Editor of the Clan Newsletter; the Naga Sadow Times. Combine his individual accomplishments and his leadership experience and I believe Malaricuran has earned the rank of Archpriest. CON Robert Sadow

Where to begin. Vorion, you've been a mentor to me since joining Arcona. Having come from a rough patch of egotistical Taldryan folk, you have shown me the meaning of good old fashioned down to earth-hard working class leadership. You've been an active voice in bringing this Clan together since I was appointed to Quaestor, and even more so during the trying times that House Galeres has seen these past few months with it's transition of leadership. If it were not for your undying devotion, I'm quite positive that Arcona would not be above water right at this moment. That said, I'd like to bring into light that Vorion is without a doubt, more deserving of Equite 1 than perhaps anyone in Arcona who has gotten the same promotion in the last year. I look forward to a long working relationship, and congratulations my friend. --Quaestor Taigikori Aybara

When one comes to categorise the countless hours DJK Vorion has put into Arcona, one initially struggles to classify what exactly it is that hes done. This isnt through a lack of activity, but more a daunting amount of it that leaves one a little bewildered as where one should start. To start with, he served as Aedile of Galeres for nearly a month, ably acting as counsel to both QUA Rho dTana and myself during this time. He then was then elevated to Quaestor of House Qel-Droma, where he served with distinction. His first task was to re-jig and organise the two battleteams, which he did ably and took on the mentoring of both BTLs himself. Immediately following this, Vorion led House Qel-Droma into the Clan Feud vs. Scholae Palatinae and Plagueis, where he racked up a considerable score in a wide variety of events, most notably dominating the ACC field. As well as schooling the Palatineans and Plagueians in the ACC, Vorion also found time to create several wiki pages for prominent NPCs in the Arcona Armed Forces and then set the ball rolling with House Qel-Dromas fictional identity.
Following the Feud, Vorion was a clear choice for Proconsul. Since taking on the position, he has taken it upon himself to completely re-jig the Arcona Prospectus (a formidable task) and widen the scope of his fictional background creation from House Qel-Droma to include the entire clan. On top of this, he has mentored and overseen the reward and promotion of several other members, produced timely reports and guided the Clans newer members into comfortable niches within the clan. However, the task which I feel is most deserving of a promotion is Vorions ability to support me as Consul by always being 100% honest with me, even if he disagrees with a decision Im making. Hell call me on it and make sure Ive thought it through. His stark honesty has often been the voice of reason Ive needed to keep me on the straight and narrow. Hes also found out the hard way that ninety nine percent of the work done at the Summit level is conflict mediation and compromise (no easy lesson to learn when just three months ago he was an aedile) and has adapted brilliantly, taking to the handling of our clans members like a duck to water indeed he is very charismatic despite a brusque attitude. Vorion is a first rate Proconsul that is well overdue a promotion. Thanks for everything.
As an apprentice Vai has continued to impress me with the dedication that he shows to the Brotherhood in whole, and Cestus in particular. Although he took a few months off to deal with a case of RL, Vai's return a few months back has shown none of the all too familiar patterns of burn out. Since returning to active service, Vai has been named: Rollmaster of Cestus; is participating in a Master/Apprentice run-on; has completed a Wiki article on his character; has participated in numerous house and clan compeitions.
Having trained more than a few apprentices in my time, none have impressed me as much as Vai. For that reason, as his Master I fully endorse his elevation to Jedi Hunter.
Under my hand,
Sato Tarentae. Master of Vai Azexel.
Vai is one of the most talented Rollmaster this Clan has had, continuing the tradition of Sato and his predecessors. As a person who sets examples, he is the one the Journeymen of this House can turn to. For his dedication, I promote Vai to the rank of Jedi Hunter.
Kazarelth Talismarr, Quaestor of House Cestus
Vai has proven himself to be a devoted member of Cestus, even earning a Steel Cross for his work. His activity is stellar, and his strive to get newer members masters and give guidance is a great accomplishment. Overall, he is helping a House once notorious for very few active newer members become a stronger House with very strong new Journeymen, and I commend him for it and endorse his promotion.
Ronovi Tavisaen, Aedile of House Cestus
