I come before you today to present a Guardian who has been a stalwart of activity in House Caliburnus. I speak of Guardian Rayne (Pin: 8405), who joined the House on the 4th of October, 2007.

In those 6 months, she has been almost obsessively active on IRC, and is well known and liked amongst clan members. One of her most admirable quality is immediately stepping up to assist new members in any way she can, answering questions, or helping them get answers if she doesn't know.

This having been said, she is not an IRC-only member of the House. In her six months in House Caliburnus, she has entered a total of eleven competitions, and of those, she placed four times. Because of being placed, she received four Crescents: Emerald, Sapphire, Quartz and Topaz. Along with this amount of activity (which many members would be hard pressed to equal), she completed two SA courses, ACC Basics and Training Saber basics, and submitted an acceptable character sheet, earning her a lightsaber. She has also made a concerted effort to work on her Wiki page, completely starting over, and trying her best to get it done.

She has also done a large amount of work for the Proconsul of Clan Scholae Palatinae, by sorting through the Shadow Academy tests completed by the clan, listing who has completed what test, etc.

As her master, and Aedile of her House, I believe she has completed all the tasks the House and I have set her as requirements for elevation to Jedi Hunter. I hereby request that she be elevated to Jedi Hunter without delay.

I am really honored to come before you today on behest of my student, Alaris Jinn. Since first undertaking his training I have seen remarkable things from him. He not only works for his own promotions but he has also helped others with theirs. He has helped the clan keep track of its App-Aco members and offered them his experience to help them learn from. His knowledge of the dark side has grown tremendously.

Alaris is a constant beacon of activity. Showing those around him what can be done with a little initiative. Since his last promotion he has organized and run the Crimson Conclusion Run-on in. With this competition several fictional events were resolved and created, sorting it into a readable fiction with chapters and a story arc that is worth reading. He created and ran two separate types of competitions with two different award setups. He has participated in one regular competition and four or 5 weekly fun competitions and completed three Shadow Academy courses.

Alaris also assisted in the restructuring of our clan fleet and star fighter corps, and wrote up the wiki articles for them. He also helped in creating and editing a few other clan wiki articles. Alaris has recently been appointed to the Aedile position in Satal Keto and is showing to be an excellent addition to the house summit team. He keeps in regular contact with his members and leaders and is available to anything the members need. He keeps an active IRC presence and responds to emails very quickly. I am very excited about his future evolvement in the clan leadership. Alaris Jinn has proven he is adept in the ways of the dark side and has earned the right to wield our ancient weapon.

Alaris is a great person to be around. He is active and is always willing to talk to you on IRC. I am jealous that he is not under my command, but nevertheless he is a great Dark Jedi. From my understanding, he is more than ready for this promotion and even more deserving of the bragging rights it commands. Congrats Alaris. Don't stop now! :D

Since I came to Clan Plagueis, several individuals have stood head and shoulders amongst their peers. One such giant, or man amongst men, would be Jedi Hunter Alaris. And as such, I bring him before the Master At Arms to testify to his ability and deservingness of an elevation to Dark Knight.

Originally an event monger, Ky established himself as one of the Clan's bright spots by participating in both internal and external competitions. However, when the need arose - within Plagueis - for members to spearhead tasks and take responsibilty upon their shoulders... he was one of the few whom responded.

Alaris has acted as my Aide, then as the Aedile of House Satal Keto. He shows natural talent and ability as a leader within our Clan and I am proud to say that he will one day be a distinguished leader at the Clan level. He hosts competitions, updates Clan & House mailers, serves as the first level of contact with new members, provides banter in our clan channel (#plagueis) and continues his work with me to develop the fictional aspects of the Clan (Fleet Reset, Clan Direction, Clan-wide competitions).

In short, he displays all of the necessary talents we hold our Knights to within the Brotherhood and has satisfied his Master's requirements. Our upstart Aedile now has a rank to befit him... Dark Jedi Knight.

<I>Jedi Hunter Talos Annedu stood on the deck of the water skiff in the late evening sun as he rushed toward the island where the citadel was. He arrived on the island and caught a glimpse of the enormous ziggurat crafted in a dark red stone set on Doto Rock. They pulled the skiff onto the beach and Talos approached the citadel.<BR><BR>

The entire population of the clan and many others had turned out for the ceremony. Talos strode up the isle to the base of the stairs leading to the pinnacle of the ziggurat. All of the Apprentices, Novices, Acolytes, Protectors, Guardians, and Jedi Hunters were standing near the back of the columns in order of rank. The Equites and the Elders were near the head of the column with the highest ranked members at the head of the column closest to the citadel. <BR><BR>

Talos saw HIS Master standing near the front of the platform eying HIS student confidently. Staying true to the code of the Brotherhood, the Master was in attendance to give witness to the achievements of their student. HE was more exited than ever to have come so far and finally achieve this pinnacle in HIS training. Along with <HIS/HER> Master was the entire membership of the Clan Arcona summit.]]] <BR><BR>

Talos stood before the summit of the clan as anxious could be. The pinnacle of the Journeyman ranks was within reach of HIS fingertips. It was this final choice that had to be made before truly gaining recognition within the Clan. He had to choose his darkness, his Shadowcrafting path. The ceremony was simple but the decision was life changing. <BR><BR>

The summit created a massive shadow that absorbed all of the light from the sun cloaking the entire area in darkness. The Hunter felt the shadow descend on HIM as the summit powered on their lightsabers cutting through the darkness. All of the Arconans on the ground who possessed lightsabers activated them as well. The darkness was cut by the rainbow that was created by all of the Clan's lightsabers.<BR><BR>

Talos focused on the shadows that were engulfing them and creating HIS own darkness to the shadow already around HIM. The Hunter's shadow reached out and seemed to push the others away and in an instant only HIS was left and used it to unleash the power that was wielded with the ability of the Arconan Clan Power, Shadowcrafting. HE had chosen the Outer Darkness, using HIS own shadow in the physical world. <BR><BR>]]]

"Rise now, a Dark Jedi Knight," came the unanimous call from the summit. In front of the new Dark Jedi Knight hovered HIS lightsaber. The hilt shone in the sunlight and the Knight reached out and took it in HIS hand. HE thumbed the activation switch and powered on the blade. <BR><BR>

The humming felt natural in HIS hand as HE turned to face the crowd and thrust the saber high into the air and shouted, over a thunderous applause:<BR><BR>

"ARCONA INVICTA!"</I><BR><BR>

Successfully written 3 pieces of fiction for his House, Clan trials as well as his own personal sacrifice. Posted 5 times on the Blood of Brothers Run On, posted on several occasions in the House Galeres Feud Run On. Passed the Old Republic History SA Course. Ran 3 competitions for his Battleteam, as well as doing 2 reports and participating in the recent House Feud. <BR><BR>

Do one, or a combination of:<BR> -Earn fourty Clusters of Fire<BR> -Complete five battles at the Antei Combat Center <BR> -Write fifteen pages of character-based fiction<BR><BR>

Talos has written 15 pages of character-based fiction and submitted it to his Master.<BR><BR>

Write either a High-quality fiction detailing the creation of your lightsaber, or create a high-quality graphic depicting your lightsaber.

He has written a fiction stating how he has created his lightsaber, and why he did it this way.<BR><BR>

As Talos Annedu has completed all of these guidelines, and more, I would like to respectfully request HIS promotion to Dark Jedi Knight. <BR><BR>
