<br> I’ve wanted to do this for a long time. Dark Sabre was my first Aedile and was always there to help me up until I took over house Ektrosis. DS worked his ass off ths GJW to take first in the ACC portion. He also managed to post in the RO, do a handful of gaming matches, and he did 2 fictions getting first in one. DS has been a great member of the clan for over four years, and has done much since his promotion to Epis. It has been over two years since his promotion to Epis. He ended his term as Quaestor during that time as well as being a Guard Caption in the GMRG. He was also a Magistrate to the Deputy Grand Master and Headmaster while working in the ACC. Dark Sabre also helped the clan in every major event since his last promotion. He worked hard in both the ORoS and the Second Darkness as well as giving everything he had to the 6th and 7th Great Jedi War’s. I’ve been waiting to be a part of one of your promotions for a long time DS and I’m glad I got this opportunity give you something you deserve. Congratulations on your promotion to Pontifex.

While I don't know DarkSabre on a more personal level, I've still seen his prowess in writing and the mark he's left on Ektrosis. DS is a flat-out outstanding writer, as evidenced by his dominance in the Seventh Great Jedi War's ACC ladder. With forty-three matches, and only five losses, DS claimed first place in the ladder and helped seal first place for Taldryan in the ladder. He had the second most matches in the event, and only times out on three, clearly showing his dedication to Taldryan using his gift for writing, something we desperately needed in this War.

DarkSabre wasn't exclusively an ACC writer, and made a two fiction submissions, placing in one of those, and placed in one of two poetry/graphics submissions. A loyal member of Ektrosis, DS has been here for quite some time and is always ready to pop in and help his fellow Clanmates through their struggles against other Clans. A leader by example, DarkSabre has indirectly encouraged many to participate heavily in the ACC. The monster that was CSP the first half of the War was decimated in the second half as the Taldrya stepped up and eradicated any notion of CSP taking the ACC event. DS spearheaded this, and without is early motivation and perseverance, our success might not have come and Taldryan's race with CSP for First Clan of the Brotherhood even closer. For demonstrating skill, determination, and dedication, I am happy to award DarkSabre the rank of Krath Pontifex, congratulations!

• Pontifex Strategos Thanatos Entar Arconae: Pontifex Strategos has led the forces of Arcona from the front of three consecutive wars. Pontifex Troutrooper Tarentae: Pontifex Troutrooper has distinguished himself as a scholar and trusted advisor to all those who know him. Serving at the will of two Grand Masters, Troutrooper has explored the deep mysteries of arcane and esoteric Force abilities. Troutrooper’s knowledge has led to the foundation that will one day serve as the core of Force powers all Brotherhood members are trained in.

Pontifex Troutrooper has also proven to be one of our greatest warriors. Leading from the front, TT has led Tarentum in four consecutive conflicts. His skill and cunning in war has proved to be an enormous addition to the already venerable forces of Clan Tarentum. TT’s combined knowledge and warrior prowess has surpassed that of the Equite Ranks. For his wisdom in scholarly pursuits and his prowess on the battlefield, I, Grand Master Sarin, elevate Pontifex Troutrooper to the rank of Dark Adept.

There are a few members of the Brotherhood who have been more than worthy to stand among the ranks of the Elders, but have been held back either due to time, or efforts to improve the Brotherhood as a whole. In the case of Troutrooper, he has certainly given of himself for everyone’s gain, and now, the time has long-since passed, in my opinion, for him to be given his true station as an Elder of the Brotherhood.

Even before Troutrooper re-joined us here in the Brotherhood from the EH, I spoke with him on a few occasions. Though he knew lines were drawn, and respected them by virtue of his position, he did not let those lines cloud his judgment, or incite his anger. Troutrooper is, and always has been, a gentleman, an intelligent comrade, and a leader of men. We are fortunate to have him in the Brotherhood.

When he re-joined this Brotherhood, he came to us in Tarentum, and I was more than pleased to have him in the Clan. His efforts began immediately. He accepted a leadership position over a Team of individuals, and worked to provide them with a motivated example, and was a dedicated leader. When he resigned those duties, he did so to focus on a job that he knew would have far-reaching effects, and one that would even benefit those members he “left behind.” When Jac took Troutrooper as his Praetor, I knew that good things would come from the office of the Grand Master and his staff.

I was not privy to the actions taken by Troutrooper, but I know, from speaking with Jac, that TT spent a lot of time on projects for Jac, and did them with experience and concern, and was a benefit to Jac’s staff. Though I cannot speak for these projects, I can say that Troutrooper never failed in his activity in the Clan. TT has always maintained his activity levels, and even working for Jac, he still competed in a lot of competitions, and provided an example for his peers of the drive and tenacity that we can all strive for.

Troutrooper was named a Tarentae some time ago in honor of the work he had done for the Clan, but as exhibited by his activity in this Great Jedi War, his motivation has not failed him. He has shown extraordinary talent by placing in many events, and gaining several wins for his works of fiction. He has not slowed his activity in this GJW, and that actually says a lot. Most of us who have participated in several of these Vendettas know how tiresome they can be, especially towards the end. It takes a great deal of determination to maintain a strong level of activity throughout the entire event, and TT has done so. He is an example to everyone in Tarentum, myself included, but also stands as a paragon of activity and excellence to the Brotherhood.

His History Outline shows a number of medals that speak for his constant activity. Going through his earned awards shows that Troutrooper takes part in as many events and activities as he can.

Troutrooper works for the betterment of all, no matter where his opinion places him. I can say without regret, and with a great deal of respect, that Troutrooper will stand against those, myself included, whom he feels is incorrect, and will back up his opinion without hesitation. No matter what the correct resolution is, Troutrooper has insight and wisdom that can always improve the situation. Though I cannot elaborate on this aspect, I can say that a willingness to stand for his convictions is an admirable trait, and is one I hope to see passed on to future generations of Tarentum through interaction with him.

Troutrooper is more than ready to be elevated to the rank of Adept and beyond. The only other thing I can say on his behalf is, we are benefited beyond compare by his presence in the Brotherhood, and I am proud to see him as a member of Tarentum, and a leader within this Clan, even without position. He is an example, and a friend, and I appreciate all that he continues to do.

Dark Greetings Gentlemen,

I come to you today to request a promotion for my Apprentice, Tra'an Reith. Since his promotion to Protector, he has completed the following tasks as set forth by CSP and myself.

So, it is my honor to recommend Protector Tra'an Reith for promotion to Guardian. He has completed all tasks set forth by me, his Master including:

1. Submitted to three fiction GJW events: "Cloak and Dagger", "Cry Havoc", and "And let slip the dogs of war".
2. Completed the Conflict Mediation, Weapon Basics, and General Leadership SA Courses
3. Completed the Advancement Survey
4. Completed his wiki prose up to the current day in the DB
5. Been an almost daily presence on IRC, helping out where he can and asking a ton of questions, exactly what I like to see in new membership.
6. Completed a Summit Task to analyze and breakdown the various Clan's promotion guidelines. This task included what he thought would be a suitable SA path to PRT, something that very nearly parallels what I was thinking of in the first place.

Tra'an shows great promise in the Brotherhood and as such, his Knight trials will test his mettle and resolve.

It is with these things in mind that I request that Tra'an be promoted to the rank of Guardian, so that he may continue to impress us all with the force that he brings to the Clan and the DB as a whole.

Even though it has only been two weeks since Tra'an Reith was last promoted, I can only support this request. Lucien covered everything in his recommendation, so there's not much to say besides the generic. He has been a great help for Scholae Palatinae and I think it is time that we reward and recognize him for his outstanding efforts in contributing to the Clan.

Since his promotion to Guardian, Yeldarb has really come out of his shell and begun to show that he truly belongs amongst the rolls of Dark Jedi. He has completed all the tasks I set forth for him in a very timely fashion, well exceeding my expectations. Yeldarb is a fountain of activity and dedication, taking on projects for his House and Battleteam in the middle of a war. He not only asked for these additional duties, but has already begun work on them, creating an Armory for his Battleteam, and beginning the process of creating NPCs for the BT as well.

According to the CSP Guidelines, Yeldarb has met and exceeded the requirements for Jedi Hunter. I am constantly surprised at the level of effort and dedication Yeldarb has put forth for this Brotherhood and it is my honor to recommend him to promotion to Jedi Hunter.

My tasks for Yeldarb:

1. Complete the Lightsaber studies exam
2. Submit to the week 4 fiction event, minimum 4 pages
3. Participate in at least 25 GJW matches
