Maliane returned to the Club with a vengeance. Not long after his return he was appointed as Quaestor over House Shar Dakhan. He is one of those guys that you cannot help but be drawn to. His down to earth personality and his wealth of knowledge makes him a tour-de-force within the Star Wars Universe.

Spending nearly three years as the leader of HSD Malisane has put together quite a resume for himself. Since taking over HSD he has rebuilt the cities of Aeotheran, established a new government Aeotheran, and built a new HSD headquarters Mount Dakhan. He has given us amazing House fictions developing HSD events further. He has authored even more stellar event fictions for the Clan to partake in with his creative and insightful spin of Clan lore and helping develop not only members characters but has given HSD a new outlook for future events and fictional development. Those events include, HSD Prepare for War!, HSD The Inos Incursion, Naga Sadow November and HSD Going Viking!.

When he was not mentoring or developing for HSD, the Reaver was able to establish himself as a staunch competitor within the Club. He has garnered for himself one Sapphire Blade, one Silver Nova, forty-two Crescents and two hundred and fifty-three Clusters. He also earned himself twenty-nine Seals from the Club.

During this tenure Malisane has been the Left hand of Justice, Appeals Panelist and multiple stints as Rollmaster, Aedile and Quaestor for the Clan. His leadership was a direct reflection of CNS successes through internal Clan/House events, Club Vendettas as well as the coveted Great Jedi Wars.

Malisane is one of those who just gets the job, not asking for any commendation. He just does things. He doesn't need a flashy title to get on with "the job". He enjoys what he does, so he comes up with run-ons and activities that he knows others will and do enjoy. He has contributed 81904 words of fiction including another 2591 words towards R/O’s.

Considering there are plenty of Equites out there who are content to never touch the Academy again after they go through their paces on the road to Knight. Malisane continued to further his education by visiting those hallowed halls of the Shadow Academy earning himself a Sage Tactics degree.

For your time of service to the Club, for the way that you give back to the Clan with your time and energy each day. I am honored to recommend you into the Elder ranks. I think it is clear that you have more than earned your place.

Malisane is one of our members with a long history in Clan Naga Sadow. His history is far longer than mine and his contributions are quite long in the tooth. As such I wish to speak to my own experiences with Malisane as a member and as a former Consul of the Clan.

In many ways Malisane is not a flashy member. He has crafted events for the Clan, he has looked over his house with a benevolent hand and has been one of my many trusted amongst my staff. When we met together in Discord to discuss Clan direction, storylines, recognition, engagement and a myriad of other talking points he was a firm voice of reason. The events he ran were creative and interesting, and he was quite forward in helping us to identify the members that deserved recognition.

He was also not unafraid to give due criticism to ideas put forward by myself and others. He voiced what things had worked, what ideas had been done, what things had been done to death, and to suggest how we could better engage our members. Malisane is another member who is owed a due in Clan Naga Sadow. His work, his own brand of wisdom, his support are in part what has helped to make Clan Naga Sadow successful over the last four plus years and his continued support of Clan and Club are appreciated.

I'm honored to be writing this recommendation for Malisane. I had the privelege of working with him on the CNS Summit in his latest tenure as Dakhani Quaestor. In this role, he brought good ideas to the table, he ran interesting events and competitions, and he developed fictional ideas and locations for the House. Malisane also made sure the wiki and everything was up to date. Finally, he patiently put up with my weird ideas and rambling about how maybe we could do this or that. Malisane always offered a fresh and unique viewpoint. He was a brilliant administrator, and left an example I hope to follow myself.

It still seems weird that I am Adept and Malisane is not, so let's fix that!

Malisane is a member that I found easy to work with in my short time as an Aedile to House Shar Dakhan. I was always able to approach him to talk about how we could better serve our house members and coordinate plans. He is very analytical and to the point, so I never had anything sugarcoated when it came to honest opinions on a subject. I find that sometimes brutal honesty is helpful when it comes to making decisions on a direction for the house. He has done a lot for Naga Sadow and I believe he is deserving of reaching the rank of Elder. So congratulations Malisane, enjoy yourself and have fun!

What can be said about Warlord Tasha’Vel Versea that I would not be already repeating. I must say though, it never gets old! Tasha has been quite busy since her last promotion. I wanted to put together something that is commensurate in describing why she is more than worthy of this recommendation. It is an honor for me to be a small part of recognizing all that Tasha has contributed to the Club over the years.

Since her last promotion Tasha has Co/Organized seventeen competitions and participated in a total of one hundred twenty eight. She has been credited with three hundred and sixty four gaming activities, twelve fiction activities for a total of sixty nine hundred words, three RP’s for another twenty three hundred words. She has even made time to further her education completing three courses over at the Shadow Academy.

Adding to her trophy case she has garnered herself a Amethyst Kikti, one Sapphire Blade, one Grand Cross, one Dark Cross, and two Silver Novae for her placement in Great Jedi War XV: Ascension. Topping that off with a whopping total of sixty one hundred and eleven Clusters!. She also has earned herself thirty Seals from the Club.

She has broadened her leadership toolkit and taken on the responsibilities as a member of the CoJ’s Appeals Panel. Assisting the CoJ to ensure members receive impartial legal representation. She also took on the position of Magistrate to the Voice, where she assists the Voice Staff in the overall fictional system development of the Club. Tasha also took on the position of Aedile for House Shar Dakhan. To help further HSD lore, she codeveloped two events Naga Sadow November and HSD Going Viking! providing activity and opportunities for members. During her three year tenure as CNS Rollmaster, Tasha leadership was key in mentoring eight members to knightings, 109 new joins, and 7 new joins who have made it to JM4 or beyond.

Next, I want to highlight her time as Proconsul . After taking on her new duties, Tasha has been instrumental in the authoring of CNS fictional development. We collaborated for weeks putting together a plan of attack to implement within CNS. Between report fictions or a fiction update, Tasha has edited more than thirty nine hundred published works. That is just a small snapshot of her skills. From our storyline she has developed and implemented a Clan RP immersing members deeper into Clan fiction. She has kept CNS and the Club busy through a plethora of competitions, including our DB-wide holiday event.

I wholeheartedly believe Tasha has earned this Elder promotion. She cares about the Club, she cares about the members and she cares for Clan Nage Sadow. For these reasons, and those stated above, I'd like to congratulate Tasha on reaching the Elder milestone. Congratulations, Tasha!

Well this has been quite a journey, hasn't it, Tasha? You joined the club shortly after me. You have been both a rival and compatriot to me. You have served in various positions throughout the Clan and the Club over the years. You lead House Marka Ragnos despite real life struggles, you served handedly as our Rollmaster, contributed to various offices in our Club, and now you serve as a beloved Proconsul in Clan Naga Sadow. In many positions I have held you were a trusted voice. You heard my struggles, had some of your own, and yet time and again you proved a cool head and a steady hand. Crafting events, finding ways to better engage our members, ensuring those below you received more than just your attention you gave them your care. Your concern went outside of folks as members but them as individuals. You are respected amongst your peers.

You have always been in my corner. You have been in our Consul's corner. You supported our Quaestors. You vetted ideas. You called me out on my crap. You helped me to refine ideas from silver into gold. You allied with Summit to better do their jobs. You reviewed members with me, covered your peers to ensure that things were done, encouraged during Vendettas, helped to push others to compete as well as participate. Words can only do so much though.

You bleed Naga Sadow. You were a hard contender in the last Great Jedi War. We have already honored you with our highest internal honor in Clan Naga Sadow. Now is the time that you have earned. I could sit here and recall story after story to prove your worth to the position you now find yourself in. You have the same bearing as many of your ilk. Our relationship does not diminish that in the slightest.

You have proved yourself equal to many of your peers and have exceeded that asked of you many times over. You are more than deserving of this honor, Tasha. Now is your time to become an Elder.

Sitting a top 19 years of DB experience, I can wholeheartedly state that Tasha is the embodiment of what all members should strive to be. She is passionate about this club, constantly active, driven to help improve the experience of her fellows both within her clan and outside it, and always willing to extend a hand of friendship.

I'm honored to be writing this recommendation for Tasha. She has been an invaluable member of CNS and the DJB. As a member, I appreciate that she is always active in events and builds interest in aspects of the club such as gaming. I would have done way less gaming if not for Tasha and I feel this is true for CNS as a whole. As a Summit member, I'm happy to be on the same Summit as Tasha, as she always brings fresh ideas and optimism to any discussion or project she is involved in.

These two combined in this past GJW where Tasha helped make the event fun for the clan and I especially enjoyed it because of the comaraderie between her and other members. She was a big part of how we got 2nd overall in the War. Tasha is one of those people who makes the DJB a fun place to be.
