I am coming before you today with a request that is not only a regular promotion request as backed by my Consul below but also one for a field promotion in recognition of excellency and endurance far beyond the norm expected by a Journeyman. Guardian Syphoc Rilkel has been the third most successful participant of the House in the Scholae Palatinae Summer games, folding only to the Aedile and Quaestor in sheer amount of medals collected and has continued straight away to perform a flawless 15-day streak of entries in the Missio Draconis endurance competition, again finishing third and having to bow only to two of the most accomplished all-rounders Acclivis Draco has ever seen.

The sheer volume of over 25 individual event entries in five weeks plus all the other work done make it impossible to do anything else but to request an immediate elevation of Syphoc Rilkel to the rank of Jedi Hunter.

Syphoc has recently entered into my tutelage as my Apprentice; however, during that time he has proven himself a capable member of any challenge placed before him. And it is my honor to place him on the doorstep to Dark Jedi Knight as a member of Scholae Palatinae.

Since he returned from the Rogues and began his work in House Acclivis Draco, Syphoc has been a high-activity member worthy of praise and recognition. He has completed six (6) Shadow Academy Courses(Brotherhood Basics, IRC Operators, Force Alchemy, Runon Studies, Training Saber Basics & Lightsaber Studies), created two sets of questions for Scholae Palatinae IRC Trivia (40 questions in all), participated in well over fifteen (15) competitions, collected seven (7) crescents (6 Quartz & 1 Emerald) drafted nine (9) pages of character development fiction revolving around his childhood and teenage events before he joined the Brotherhood (loading it to the Writer's Corner), updated his Character History & Character Sheet, and proven himself a valuable asset of his House through competition (Missio Draconis). Combine this with his consistent, steady presence on IRC in #scholae... you can see he is a member of high quality with a great future before him.

Syphoc has proven mastery of what it takes to be an active, driving force in both his Clan and the Brotherhood. He is ready to take the next step in his trials and work towards earning his Lightsaber. And I am proud to call myself his Master.

Elevation Request: Sith Warrior Tyno (4094)

Tyno is a solid and dependable member consistently showing an impressive level of activity. Since his last promotion, Tyno has amassed a considerable collection of awards, 462 Clusters of Fire, 9 Legions of the Scholar, 5 Pendants of Blood, 14 various crescents, 2 novae, 5 seals of darkness, 5 seals of dominance, and a Grand Cross. He has also shown that he is capable of stepping up and helping others, he spent time as a Battleteam leader, and has recently taken on a position as an Eclectic Pedagogue. Tyno has, on many occasions, taken the time to share his gaming expertise with others, which in turn helps benefit the Clan as a whole. In all, it should be easy to understand why Tyno is truly a valued member of House Caliburnus and Clan Scholae Palatinae, and I believe that he is very much deserving of elevation to Sith Warrior.

To whom it may Concern; Tyno is probably one of the illest gamers I have ever seen. In the ORW he singlehandedly Slaughtered everything, claiming a victory not only for himself, but for the entire DB. Tyno loves to play EaW, JA, BF2, and any other game where he can PWN a noob or two. However, the best thing about Tyno's gaming skills is that they are terribly consistent. After the ORW finished, CSP fought valiantly in the RoS. Had it not been for Tyno's gaming, we would not have won 2nd place. In fact, it was his performance that locked that position down for the clan. This Gaming wonder is enough to merit a promotion.

However, the buck doesn't stop there. Tyno has earned a place in the Souls of Darkness, House Caliburnus' Elite Battle Team. In this team, he continues his fabulous display of gaming prowess. He is always quick to react and fights hard. In the CSP Summer Games, he made a spectacular showing. Likewise, in the very early stages of the Golden Iris Conflict, Tyno has already made his presence known by filling my inbox with tons of submissions!

Tyno keeps up with his duties as Eclectic Pedagogue in the SA, along with his clan duties. This only adds to the marvel that is Tyno. Still yet, Tyno is always involved in clan activities on IRC or off. I am glad that Tyno is in House Caliburnus, so that I can claim at least some responsibilty for how awesome he is. He has been patient for a long time, and hasn't given up. I applaud Tyno for his vigor, his skill, and his dedication to the clan. He is certainly worthy of becoming an equite at this point. I congratulate you Tyno for everything you have accomplished, keep up the excellent work!

Tyno has established himself as an activity dynamo and an elite gamer of Clan Scholae Palatinae. His contributions never go unnoticed - though he may think otherwise - as he helps the Clan continually repel claims of CSP's ability to excel in Gaming Events.

In the previous recommendation I wrote on behalf of Tyno, I was able to commend his efforts and participation on behalf of the Clan and the Brotherhood through two vendettas and an Outer Rim War. His activity was stellar and he served as a prime example of how we expect each of our members to conduct themselves in times of the DB's need. Today, I am honored to present his achievements and collection of awards from his day-in, day-out... week-in, week-out... contributions to the engine of Scholae Palatinae's phenomenal activity.

Since his previous elevation Tyno has collected a series of landmark awards/levels in his day-to-day activity. He has collected fifteen (15) crescents (3 Quartz, 4 Topaz, 2 Emerald, 2 Amethyst, 4 Diamond), six (6) Pendants of Blood, Seal of Loyalty, Silver Nova, Gold Nova, nine (9) Legions of the Scholar, ten (10) Seals, two (2) Dark Crosses and a Grand Cross. Additionally, he has collected over one thousand two hundred (1,200) clusters of fires - one of the top counts in the Brotherhood. Additionally, he has represented CSP in countless SITs & ICTEs (collecting his first All-Star) and Gaming Nights. Combine this with his activity in two Vendettas, an Outer Rim War, the CSP Summer Games and the Golden Iris Conflict (House Caliburnus campaign).

Beyond proving a steady source of activity, Tyno has served two stints - since his elevation to Dark Knight - as a Battle Team Leader in House Caliburnus. During this tenure he provided communication and direction for the small, but willing team of members under his supervision. This, with his recent appointment as an Eclectic Pedagogue, shows his willingness to work to better the Brotherhood and mentor younger members as they advance.

He has completed the following SA Courses since his last promo; Startfighter Tactics, Krath Grammar Studies, Advancement Survey, ICQ Studies, IRC Basics, Dark Jedi Meditation, Enemy Starfighter Eng/Tech, Obelisk Core, Test of Endurance, and Weapons Basic.

Not only that, but he has been awarded a Legion of the Scholar for Trivia participation, and a crescent with Emerald Star for "What's in a Name?" competition.

Elevation Request: Sith Warrior Zeron (8003)

Zeron is one of many members I have had the pleasure of watching grow within the Brotherhood. When Zeron joined the Brotherhood, he exploded on the scene with a phenomenal level of activity. I wondered at the time if he would be able to maintain that activity. So often I've seen members come into the Clan, like fire crackers, they show a grand burst of activity, but sadly, they quickly fade. Zeron, however has been more like a steady bonfire, tirelessly working toward the improvement of the House, the Clan, and of himself. His record his quite impressive, since his last promotion Zeron has accumulated a wide array of awards: 222 Clusters of Fire, 11 Legions of the Scholar, 15 crescents, a Seal of Loyalty, 5 Seals of Darkness, a Seal of Dominance, a Dark Cross, Anteian Cross, Steel Cross, and a Grand Cross.

Zeron strives to help out wherever he can, be it working on adding to the Clan's fictional development in the creation of NPCs for the Clan's military, to making himself available to assist Clan and House summit in any task, large or small. Zeron's gift of mentorship is constantly present, first in his work as the House Envoy for Caliburnus, and now as the Clan Envoy. He makes himself available to new members and old alike, willing to answer questions and provide guidance. The work of an Envoy is vital to a House or Clan's continued growth, but it is often a test of patience, and many times a thankless job. Zeron however, faces this challenge with sincere dedication and an open mind, always working to improve things as much as he can. I am truly proud of Zeron's accomplishments, he has grown in to a steadfast and valuable pillar of the Clan and House, and I look forward to working with him in the months ahead. To whom it may Concern;

I have had the extreme luxury of working with Zeron for the last 4 or 5 months. In this time, I have seen Zeron grow not only as a member of this club but as a leader. Zeron served in House Caliburnus as House Envoy for many months. During his tenure there, he was very precise with welcoming and informing the new members of the House. It was comforting to know that I did not have to strain myself working with the Journeymen of the house, because Zeron had the Envoy Position on lock down.

Nearly 5 months later, Zeron has moved out of my domain and become the KCE for CSP. In the short time he has been there, Zeron forced the MSP into being something functional. This includes bi-weekly reports from Masters and Students which update his records with all the things the pairings have done. This is extremely efficient for promoting the journeymen as they progress. Zeron also manages the CSP Clan Trivia, an integral part of clan participation.

Zeron mentored GRD Fionn dan Locut'hal in the Assistant envoy position, so that when he was promoted, the position was filled. At first I was reluctant, but Fionn proved to have learned well from Zeron's Teachings. Zeron's interest and drive to help really benefited the clan in this case, because of an absence of apparent leading bodies. This mentoring is exactly what the clan needs to work on a long scale. I am proud of Zeron and everything he has done in the envoy positions.

Zeron has openly discussed envoy choices with me, a House summit member, so that I am not left out in the dark. His communication skills are great and he is extra friendly. Zeron is one of the better members of the Envoy community, and he ought to be rewarded for that. He runs a tight ship, but don't let that fool you. Zeron is always down for some fun, be it gaming or otherwise. Z has also stepped up as an enforcer of clan policy, monitoring the Clan channel at all times. He keeps things in order and is sure to fill the proper steps when some misbehavior occurs. In a tumultuous time, discipline like Zeron provides is critical to the structure and network of our clan.

During his tenure as Envoy, Zeron maintained a level of personal activity that was unfathomable. He participates regularly in the CSP JA lessons, Gaming Nights, as well as many other things. He has racked up a ton of Cfs and many Crescents. Some of these crescents came from the CSP summer games, where Zeron participated perfectly. His personal activity dwarfs mine a hundred times, and that is an extremely good thing. I applaud Zeron for all his hard work and suggest that he be elevated to Sith Warrior. Congratulations Z, keep up the Stellar work.

Zeron has, quietly, progressed through the ranks of the Brotherhood, serving in the Knight's Society of Envoys. It is a thankless task, but I wish to recognize his efforts - specifically in Scholae Palatinae - as both an Envoy and a Member.

As a Companion Class Envoy (House Envoy), Zeron worked endlessly to provide welcome letters, follow-ups, and weekly mentorship notifications that helped the younger members understand the general direction of growth in the Brotherhood. He did this consistently, without question, under three previous Knight Class Envoys (KCE) before he, himself, received the position of KCE. Already, in a short period of time, he has brought a renewed effort to the Master-Student Program by getting the Masters (and Apprentices) to send in bi-weekly reports and monthly check-ups on Master assigned tasks that are in line with the Clan Promotional Guidelines.

As a member... wow... where to begin. Unquestionable loyalty, discipline to empowering the Clan vision and vigorous efforts to reach out to each member of the Clan. His activity gears up when the Clan needs him most... he can dials it up when his Clan, or House, Summit asks it of him. And then, above it all, he will jump into the fray and lead by example when he feels it is necessary. Additionally, he has launched several competitions - each receiving fair participation - and has undertaken the responsibility of running the Weekly IRC Trivia competitions for the Clan and competitions specifically designed for members whom rank under Jedi Hunter (to provide better opportunities for the Journeymen).

Overall, I cannot think of a Dark Knight that spends so much time working as a leader, mentor and developer of Clan Initiative. Zeron is a talented member and will have a bright future in the ranks of Scholae Palatinae... and it starts with his first step into the Equite Class.
