Four months ago, Xathia joined #arcona, to check up on Fionn – wanting to see what it was that he spent all his time on. At first she was unsure of what we were all about, but after some talking, she signed up and since then she has brought her own special charm and enthusiasm to the DB. From that day she joined, she's been on IRC almost constantly: learning, asking questions, helping new members out as she started finding information herself.

As my Apprentice, Xathia completed a 'quick check' sheet for the ACC – focusing on learning the Force Powers, their annotations and the effect of the Class differences. We spent hours together, going over the Character stats, how they relate, what would realistically be possible and what not under certain conditions. These are things that most people don't really bother with, she does, because she wants to be better, always pushing herself to learn, and constantly striving to improve her writing, grammar and technique.

Since her last promotion, she has completed four SA exams (Force Philosophy, Pre-Republic History, Training Saber Basics, and Marksmanship), as well as the Advancement Survey. She also took part in both the fiction and the caption events of the Scholae v Arcona Clan Feud.

After transferring to Scholae Palatinae, she participated in the ACC event of the RoS, completing two battles and earning a Seal of Darkness for her efforts, and she is still going strong, currently keeping herself busy with four ACC battles – three regular combat and one in the Jester's Keep,.

I can't truly express my joy at what she's achieved, despite time constraints and a huge school work load, she still makes time to do the best she can do and I couldn't ask for anything more. With this in mind, I wish to have her promoted to Guardian - she has proved that she understands the basics of the DB, that she is motivated, committed and driven to prove herself.

Xathia, as I told you when you first joined, do what you can do and that is all anybody will ever ask. I am really proud of you, you could have just stepped back and said "I don't have time", but you kept pressing on, doing what there was time for and even squeezing in just another extra bit to make sure you stay active – thank you and congratulations!

Dark Amiz has competed in a bunch of competitions. He did the Honorably Cookie, Graffiti the QUA, Random Words Comp, the Clan CoOp RO, and the Caption Comp. He submitted to the first round fiction for the Second Darkness RoS, and he competed in the Jedi Outcast event. He has also completed a training battle in the ACC. Through all this hard work Dark Amiz has earned a promotion to the rank of Guardian. Congratulations Amiz!

Jared Lee has been on IRC and talked to his clan mates, and he has also signed up for the message boards. Unfortunately he can not post on the boards even though it says he is registered, but the effort is the same either way. Jared has also passed the ACC Initiates course. All these things have qualified him for the rank of Acolyte. Congratulations Jared!

Jagan has been a Guardian for a while now, and this is probably due to his spotty activity. Since he came back, however, he’s come back with full force. He’s had excellent IRC activity and even better email response. After his promotion he has earned an Anteian Cross, a Crescent with an Emerald Star, two Seals of Duplicity, 32 Clusters of Fire for JA, and a Dark Side Scroll from the Dark Voice. More astoundingly, he’s passed 10 SA courses since his promotion to Guardian. He wrote me a short fiction and, and is currently running two competitions along with an ACC qualification match. He applied for BTL of Battle Team Exar’s Shadow, and I have firm confidence in his leadership skills, as well. Although he has faded in and out in the past I have a feeling that Jagan is here to stay.<br>~AED Niman Visutor <br><br> Guardian Jagan is a rather new member to House Exar Kun. Don't let his short time in Exar Kun fool you; he is one of our most active members. He is running two clan-wide competitions (Fun Time Games & Big Fat Linking Quiz) and is doing rather well with those. He games every time he is available to, thus earning many Clusters of Fire. He participates in most of the competitions he can compete in, and has earned a lot of Crescents, and passed a buckload of Shadow Academy courses. Since his last promotion, Novice Demious has completed two Shadow Academy courses, both with very high scores, and chatted with us on IRC in #scholae. He has shown that he is both capable and interested in advancing through the Brotherhood, and I feel that only a promotion to the rank of Acolyte may satisfy this.

Jarith is one of those solid and reliable members who can sometimes be overlooked because their efforts are not always openly visible. However, his contributions have served to make Jarith a valued member of Clan Scholae Palatinae and House Caliburnus. I have watched Jarith’s career in the Brotherhood since the day he joined. Despite the need for an extended leave of absence, upon his return to the Brotherhood, Jarith was right there; ready to jump back into active service as though he’d not been gone at all. This tremendous display of dedication has always shown true in all that Jarith has accomplished. For two months, he served as the Leader of Nightshade Squadron. He served the Clan in the Sixth Great Jedi War, accruing a gold nova, two Seals of Duplicity, and a Dark Cross for his efforts. Jarith also earned an Anteian Cross for assisting the Consul with projects working toward the fictional development of the Clan.

He is always in search of ways to help make his Clan and House better, ready to serve to the best of his abilities. He has continued his efforts to assist both House and Clan leadership in projects including: creating CSP Armor images, conceptual work behind the Military Project, exclusive work on CSP Corps NPCs, provided images/information concerning Imperial Naval Hierarchy, and was tasked with helping outline the hierarchy/formations of starfighter units.

His most recent efforts include participation in the Rite of Supremacy: Second Darkness, earning a Seal of Darkness. He has been appointed as Assistant Envoy, working with the KCE to accomplish the goals of assisting and mentoring new members, as well as assisting the KCE in any other project she needs help with. He also completed the Advancement Survey as well as two Shadow Academy courses (Advanced Test of Wisdom and Force Philosophy).
