Xen has been a steadfast and dedicated member of Caliburnus and Scholae Palatinae. He has worked hard to assist House and Clan leadership in several projects, as well as laying the ground work for the CSP Clan ACC training program. Xen continuously strives to do whatever he can to help his Clan and House succeed. Between his work as the former Aedile of Caliburnus, to his work on the Clan's ACC training, to his personal participation in Clan and House events, Xen has worked hard to the best of his abilities. I believe that Xen is long overdue for the rank of Battlemaster.

Sith Warrior Xen'Mordin Vismorsus is deserving of elevation to the next tier of Equites. Since my time as Aedile of House Caliburnus, Xen has personally extended himself to me. It is due in part to his helpful and guiding hand that I grew more comfortable with my position in the House. Xen was my predecessor at Aedile, and accordingly he helped clue me into many secrets of the inner workings of the House as I found myself on a schedule opposite to my Quaestor. Xen worked hard for upwards of ten months as Aedile, completing more tasks than were imaginable. He was a routine report writer, a very difficult task in itself. As we worked together, Xen and I forged a cooperative and working friendship. The only regret I had was that I had taken his position and was otherwise unable to work with him in the Summit.

When I took over the helm of House Caliburnus, as Quaestor, my first go-to man was, of course, Xen. Early in my tenure, he helped my cause by remaining active and participating in the House Caliburnus Run-on. His presence on IRC and within House Activities was beneficial to me in a great way, helping to build some momentum behind the things that I established within the House. Xen's artistic capabilities also came in handy as he helped to create the House Caliburnus Standard. During the process, He routinely checked in with me to make sure that he achieved the desired results.

Xen has also helped me with many other tasks, in spite of his busy schedule. He manages to hold up his Real Life obligations and manage tasks in and around the DB. Whether it is from Aedile to Clan ACC Trainer to regular participation in vendetta events and other competitions, Xen shows his dedication in everything he has done. The collage of medals he has earned in recent months shows exactly how involved he is. Legions of the Scholar show his involvement in the Trivia events around the clan. Crescents show his participation and domination in other competitions. A seal of Loyalty marks more of his awesome dedication. Still yet, there is not enough to sufficiently reward him. I am glad I had the opportunity to work with Xen and I proudly recommend him for promotion to the next level in the Dark Jedi Brotherhood.

Since stepping down as AED of Caliburnus, Xen has not slowed down as being one of our best leaders. Since being appointed the Ward of the East, Xen has diligently worked on trying to mold CSP into better ACCer's. Also, he has been taken under Siva's wing to become a better ACC trainer. During the RoS, Xena battled furiously in the ACC to help secure second place. His leadership and guidance of younger members is surpassed only by his will to help CSP move into its new Golden Age. Along with his ACC work, Xena has helped the Caliburnus summit in creating graphics that are now used as focal points of the house. So it is with great honor that I recommend Xen to the Rank of BattleMaster.

Serenity. Wisdom. Devout. Loyal. These are the words that resonate through heart and mind when I consider everything that Xen is to his House, Clan and myself. It is well due that we acknowledge the contributions of this role model and pillar within Scholae Palatinae - it is with pride that I request his elevation within the Equite ranks.

Clan Scholae Palatinae recently attained the honor of Second Clan in the Brotherhood Vendetta "Rites of Supremacy: Second Darkness" compiling 330 Clan points - outstripping four rival Clans to affirm their right as an Elite Clan. For contributions, participation and tenacity to ensure the Clan's wartime efforts... I recognize Xen's effort. Compiling 75 individual points in the Fiction & ACC Events and taking the rank of 60th Overall in the Vendetta.

Additionally, over the course of that time he accrued three (3) Crescents (2 Emerald & 1 Quartz), five (5) Legions of the Scholar (CSP & HC Trivia), five (5) Seals of Duplicity, one (1) Seal of Darkness, three (3) Dark Crosses, Anteian Cross, Grand Cross, Bronze Nova and a pair (2) of Seals of Loyalty. In this time he has served as an Aedile, generating a House web site, providing necessary guidance to new members, elevating members as necessary, and providing regular updates concerning his House.

In addition, the hardest task I ever asked of anyone (especially as capable as Xen) was to resign his commission - as Aedile - and assume the post of Clan ACC Trainer. The transition has not been smooth, as we are still hammering out the guidelines; however, during his tenure Xen has created several custom arenas for members of Scholae Palatinae and exercised his skill in the art through several feuds and two Vendettas. Beyond this, Xen has served as a member of the CSP Senate and helped in the decision making process of the Clan's future.

Last, I would like to say... when Xen speaks, I listen... he may oft feel insignificant due to the Clan's new hierarchy and leadership structure, but his words mean a great deal to me. Whenever he approaches me, I make time to address his concerns and listen to his thoughts because - in the end - he is a pillar of this Clan and his opinion is dearly valuable to me as a Consul... and a friend. It is my hope that with this elevation, his steadfast loyalty and activity double so he can leave a larger impression on more members, and a lasting legacy on his Clan.

Elevation Request: Krath Archpriest Impetus (5951)

Since stepping down as Caliburnus' QUA, Impetus has increased his activity ten-fold, concreting the growing dominance of CSP in gaming. Impetus started out the Cliburn's Run-On and stayed with it after his resignation to see if completed. Also, Impetus created NPC Caliburnus' for the Legions of Scholar, helping bring faces and personalities to our soldiers. Impetus has been a beacon for guidance and leadership to the new members, helping mold our future leaders. Impetus has participated in many of the small comps thrown out and did extremely well in the feud against Arcona. During the RoS, Imp stepped up in gaming, helping bring in major points that help secure our second place finish. So it is with great pride that I Recommend Impetus to the Rank of Arch Priest.

Impetus is one of the best leaders in House Acclivis Draco, and Scholae Palatinae as a whole. Since rejoining us after his successful reign as the Quaestor of House Caliburnus, his personal activity, and his abilities to lead, have not faltered. Concerning personal activity, Imp has earned several Crescents and truckloads of Clusters of Fire from playing Battlefront 2. He represented the Brotherhood at the ORW3 and showed off in the RoS for CSP.

The one thing that makes Impetus so prominent from the others in the House is that he is the first member of the new Order of the Dragon, and Imp has spearheaded the Order's development with a vigor and creativity that is unparalleled. Together with the other members, they have created logos and Impetus has drafted up a Order of the Dragon reference manual, an "all-in-one" stop for information about the Order. From what he's given me, he's done an outstanding job.

We need more people like Impetus to drive the House forward, to represent the Clan, and to encourage other members to be active and show off to the Summit members.

I've known Impetus ever since he joined the House and I've been keeping my eye on him. When he was appointed Aedile, I encouraged and supported him even though many others didn't. I know that I can depend on him and that my support was not misplaced.

These traits reach from a single member and grasp an entire Clan's attention, because such unflinching loyalty is uncommon these days. Clan Scholae Palatinae recently attained the honor of Second Clan in the Brotherhood Vendetta "Rites of Supremacy: Second Darkness" compiling 330 Clan points - outstripping four rival Clans to affirm their right as an Elite Clan. For contributions, participation and tenacity to ensure the Clan's wartime efforts... I recognize Impetus's effort. Compiling 152 individual points in the MP Gaming, Fiction & ACC Events and taking the rank of 25th Overall in the Vendetta.

Additionally, since her elevation at the conclusion of the Sixth Great Jedi War Impetus has accrued one hundred and ninety-five (195) Clusters of Fire, four (4) Legions of the Scholar (CSP Trivia), thirteen Crescents (3 Amethyst, 2 Sapphire, 5 Emerald, 2 Topaz & 1 Quarts), an Anteian Cross, a Steel Cross, a Seal of Dominance and four (4) Seals of Darkness, participated in countless Gaming Nights & SITs, was the Champion of the House Feud, participated in seven events in the Arcona vs. Scholae Palatinae Feud, represented CSP in the ORW & helped the Clan's efforts in the Rite of Supremacy.

But these feats alone do not merit advancement in the Equite ranks. The most impressive feat has been Impetus' mentorship and leadership within the Clan. Strictly under her supervision, I have seen Cethgus and Malaki attain Knighthood and become role models within CSP for participation & activity; all of which - I know - comes from gentle nudges in the right direction. Beyond overseeing their progression, Impetus has also made herself available in the development of House Acclivis Draco... working on key projects to develop the House Member of the Month program, Landmarks of the House Planet (Antenora), and has proven to be the ringleader of a small contingent of members (Dirus, Cethgus, Rector, Malaki, Slyme) holding the unspoken responsibility of being a 'Battle Team Leader' for those people.

In the time that I have tutored Vexer she has performed all tasks assigned with dedication and a desire to excel. She has been a strong leader for her BTL constantly creating and running competitions for them to participate as well as trying to streamline the process for them. For her Trial of Skill she has competed in 8 ACC battles winning 6 of them, participated and placed in 5 competitions. For the Trial of Knowledge she has put her character history up on the DJB Wiki. For her Master's Trial and Trial of Plagueis she has completed a Battle Team Leadership guide to help the other BTLs in our Clan as well as any that would like to learn. Elevation Request: Obelisk Templar Cethgus (6705)

Cethgus is one of those members I have watched grow within the Brotherhood. His insatiable desire to help others and to learn is admirable. While he sometimes lacks patience, the one thing Cethgus has never lacked is heart. His heart is always in the right place, doing what he can to help his House and Clan. He has offered his time and knowledge in the form of the JA training sessions which have helped many of CSP's gamers improve their skill. He is in constant contact with House and Clan leadership offering his assistance wherever possible within his skill. Cethgus has always been a friendly and consistent presence on IRC and the message boards. His activity and drive helped to earn his Clan a strong place in the Rite of Supremacy; he also participated in the Outer Rim War 3, the Scholae Palatinae vs. Arcona feud, and the Acclivis Draco/Caliburnus house feud. It would be difficult for me to picture Caliburnus, and indeed, Clan Scholae Palatinae without members like Cethgus who give so much to the Clan and their House. I sincerely believe that Cethgus is more than deserving of his elevation into the Equite ranks; he truly has earned the rank of Templar.

Dark Jeid Knight Cethgus stands apart from the crowd in one major way...His excitement and willingness to help. When I first joined House Caliburnus as Aedile, Cethgus was eager to complete any task he could. Nearly 4 months later, I am Quaestor and he bugs me to do things nearly twice as often! Because of this eagerness, I have personally placed him among a cabal of HCs finest as leader. He served well, prompt to report to me and complete the tasks set for him. He recently completed entries for Sites on House Caliburnus' homeworld Ptolomea, he took the initiative and coodinated meetings of the group, to talk about and display what they had done. I was thouroughly impressed with how he handled it. He was quite professional about it and surprised me a bit. Cethgus has excellent potential, and I am proud to have him working with me.

Above the side projects that Cethgus participates in, he runs the CSP training events. Though I am not a gamer myself, I see the response and the activity for people who participate. The training event is a neat little gaming event, where CSP can learn to improve their skills. I give him mad props for coming up with and monitoring those events. He routinely sends emails and notifies the clan. This is just another project that he has become involved in.

Cethgus Also participated in a great way in the HC Quest for Caliburnus. He helped in the design of the weapon as well as in the run-on. With 7 quality posts. Adding to that, Cethgus is a routine participator in gaming events and Clan Trivia events. He is sure to rack up lots of matches and Clusters of Fire. In the RoS Cethgus had over 100 matches in gaming events. Because of the points he scored, CSP took 1st in gaming, a rareity. His participation and dedication to his House and Clan is not measurable by any scale.

Yet again, Cethgus has also stood out. He has dealt with a conflict with another member in a mature manner. There was little repercussions and it was handled well. Cethgus has matured a great deal and has become one of CSPs most promising members. Though His eagerness can get irritating at times, I could not have accomplished half as much. I think it is time he became an Equite. I reccomend Cethgus for promotion to Obelisk Templar.

Additionally he has completed three Shadow Academy courses (History of the Sith Empire II, General Leadership & Starfighter Tacitcs)... and earned the rank of Sentinel in the Antei Combat Center. Through his latest conquests he has completed several landmarks that any Dark Brotherhood member should be proud of: five hundred (500) Clusters of Fire, five (5) Seals of Indoctrination, participated in three major Vendettas (Sixth Great Jedi War, Arcona vs. Scholae Palatinae Feud & Rites of Supremacy: Second Darkness).

The most important - and defining - attribute of Cethgus is his success where so many others have failed: JA Mentorship. Through his Jedi Academy Training Nights, I have seen activity and comradery in Gaming double. He has gone above and beyond the demands to host his weekly course for over five months... and, over time, he has helped create a JA Beginners Guide, a Lesson Plan and become a role model to aspiring members.

It is the sum total of these efforts... this conviction to his Clan and members... that I request his elevation into the Equite Class. Continue to be strong, Cethgus... you have a great future in the Dark Brotherhood ahead of you.

Elevation Request: Dark Knight Laurus (6041)

Laurus has been a reliable member and leader during his career in the Dark Jedi Brotherhood thus far. He is a regular gamer, earning hundreds of Clusters of Fire since his last promotion, and helped Scholae Palatinae dominate the recent Sunday Invitational Tournaments. Laurus has earned two Legions of the Scholar from regularly participating in CSP's trivia events and he has earned five Crescents since his last promotion. He has also fought in six ACC battles. He also participates in CSP's JA Training Days regularly and helps others, and himself, to become one of CSP's best JA gamers.

In addition, he has been a tremendous help to House Acclivis Draco, and ultimately, Scholae Palatinae, by leading a project designed to develop and delve in-depth into Antenora, Acclivis Draco's home planet, something that has been started numerous times, but never completed. He has given me occasional reports on the progress of the project, and from what I have seen, I am greatly impressed by his leadership and the work completed on the project.

His activity has been quite outstanding even without looking at his regular awards earned from gaming: he participated in eight events in the Sixth Great Jedi War - eight Seals of Duplicity - and earned a Gold Nova for his efforts in helping CSP win Event 11: The Antei Campaign. His contributions to Acclivis Draco during the House Feud were gratefully appreciated, Laurus participated in four events and posted twelve times in the run-on. Laurus also participated in three Rite of Supremacy events, and placed fifteenth in the Clan from the final scores.

When Mune resigned from Quaestor and left the Clan, Laurus was left without a guide to push him along to the coveted rank of Dark Jedi Knight, but his step barely faltered as he continued his push to earn his lightsaber. A few months ago, he submitted the traditional "lightsaber creation" story, and his writing, although punctured with a few grammar and spelling slip-ups, really made an interesting read and I'm sure that with a bit of training and practice, he could end up as one of the Clan's best run-on writers and ACC fighters.

I feel that this promotion is long overdue and I am very proud to write this recommendation for my House-mate and Wookiee friend. Laurus, continue your blazing trek through the obstacles that have leaped in your path and promise me that you will stay in Acclivis Draco as one of the best members in Scholae Palatinae.
