Overview:

I recognize this is occurring off the usual CSP quarterly recognition cycle but there is no need to wait when high quality and consistent performance continue to be seen. Raleien has been an amazing Proconsul and right-hand to me over the past four months since his last promotion.

Raleien has taken over the more tactical aspects of managing CSP with a high degree of consistency. Engaging regularly with the clan on competitions via Discord, coordinating with the Quaestors on communication with clan members, addressing AWOL warnings, and encouraging them to generate their own content for the Clan.

Most recently, he's been instrumental in ensuring a quality competition with Tally. To my knowledge, this is the first collaborate competition with another clan in recent years (outside of participating in Probowl V). While Zappy and I dreamed up the plot line, Raleien saw those brainstorming sessions translated into a gDoc outlining all the phases, competitions, etc. for the co-organizers to copy/paste into the competition builder.

Nora Olen may be a newer member of Clan Plagueis and the Brotherhood, but that does not stop her from being one of the most active members in the Clan at the moment. A clear and consistent level of activity has earned her a steady rise through the ranks, and something tells me this will not be her last promotion in the near future.

Since her promotion to Neophyte on February 13, fourteen days ago, Nora has participated in 22 competitions, earning five different Crescents: one Sapphire, one Amethyst, two Ruby, and one Diamond. She has also added 9 Clusters of Graphite to her collection as a result, rising to Rank 2 in the Shadow Syndicate society. Competitions are not the only sphere of activity Nora has proved herself in, however. She is also an extremely avid student in the Shadow Academy, passing 15 courses in the last two weeks alone. This means that during her time as Neophyte, she has participated in an average of more than 1 competition and Academy course per day. This has allowed her to rise to Rank 3 of the Shadow Academy society. Nora is also active in the Brotherhood Discord, having linked her dossier and regularly participating in conversation with the community present there. Last but not least, Nora has successfully completed her Character Sheet and it has been cleared for approval.

Nora has more than earned this promotion and the many more that are sure to come. I look forward to seeing the great impact she'll leave on the Clan and the Brotherhood as a whole. Congratulations, Nora, keep up the good work.

Having served his 14 days in Journeyman 1, Meyrath has earned 9 Clusters of Ice and a Emerald Crescent from participation over 7 competitions. He has also completed his character sheet, and has proven to be a wonderfully active presence on the Discord, participating in the recently closed Tavern Rp event, an Arconan Rp event creating over 4000 words of character fiction. While the rewards are nice, he has also proven to be an active member of the clan conversations as well.

With all this in mind, I am happy to recommend Meyrath for promotion! We can't wait to see how far you go.

Since becoming my student, Cryo has been nothing short of phenominal. Just in the 14 days since her last promotion, she has participated in 18 different competitions, participated in the Investigation of Elysia event and RP, finished her character sheet and yet even when meeting the raw requirements kept going like a porg on coffee.
