Jedi Hunter Vladek Solander is one of the most active members of Clan Naga Sadow. I've seen for a long time. Looking at his dossier to say he joined the DB in August last year, he has a collection of Crescents, CFs and other medals that would put many Equites to shame. He works hard to be a good member and that's reflected in his achievements over the months he's been here.
Since he got the rank of Jedi Hunter he's continued to work hard. He scored 4th place in the CNS House Feud and an SC, he chats and socialises with his fellow members in IRC and he gets involved in email debates about Clan and DB related isssues and gives intelligent opinions on these matters. He is also the Battleteam leader of Ravanna Squadron, a team set up in his house to mentor new members, and by all accounts does a great job alongside his Envoys and Summit guiding people into new DB careers. He has also completed the Trials for DJK as laid down by Clan Naga Sadow.
So considering all he's done and how hard he's worked becoming a productive and valued member of his Clan, Vladek Solander has earned the rank of Dark Jedi Knight, and the lightsaber and honours that come with it. Congratulations Knight!

Vladek has gone above and beyond the call of duty on his way through his trials toward Knighthood. He has completed his tasks, he had continued to excell in his work as Battle Team leader... he has also done so with the patience that shows dedication to the Brotherhood as a whole. Those that do not learn patience on the way often flounder.
I have watched him progress through his trials, showing him the direction he needed, but ultimately, just watching his growing experience. He has patiently worked through an ACC battle with me, finished a task for Manesh, worked through designing graphics and completing other tasks quickly and efficiently. I wish him the best of luck, and I'm delighted to see him reach this point. Congratulations on your Knighthood Vladek.

Jedi Hunter Vladek has waited a while for his promotion to Dark Jedi Knight. That is because he is such a superb member of the clan that he completed his Knight trials within a week. He performed well in the House Feud, but what I want to talk about, and what has gotten my notice, is his work leading Ravana Squadron. It was established by the Quaestor of House Marka Ragnos, Thorin, to be the incubator for new members. It has been an incredible success, because I have seen a lot of journeyman promotions coming from Ravana Squadron, the recs even being submitted by Vladek himself. In many ways, he has become a pillar, behind Thorin and Shikyo, for his house. He constantly asks for advice on how he can do his job better, as if he sucked at his job, but honestly, I have no advice to give him because he does everything required by his job and he does it well.

I've been Quaestor of House Marka Ragnos for over four months now, and Vladek is the first person thats made it to being Knighted during that time. Vladek joined only a month before I became Quaestor, but he was already a name well known to me when I took the helm of HMR. In October, Vladek took the mantle of Battleteam Leader, and since then, he's literally been running the entire time. About two months ago, Vladek transfered to a new 'test' Battleteam, Ravana Squadron. The idea of this battleteam was to put all the new members in one place, with a single goal of getting those members promoted to Acolyte. Since then, the retention numbers HMR has seen have been quite impressive. Before, it was a rare occassion for a member to make it to Acolyte, many getting cut off at Apprentice. But, with the help of the Envoys, Vladek has managed to start something great in Ravana Squadron.
Other then his amazing feats with Ravana Squadron, lets look at what else Vladek has done. Steel Cross, 2 Dark Crosses, 14 Crescents, 39 Clusters of Fire, a Dark Side Scroll, 2 Scrolls of Indoctrination, 3 Legions of the Scholar, and a Seal of Duplicity. All that in five and a half months, on top of busting his butt as a Battleteam Leader, winning a major twelve week long Clan Competition (Naga Sadow Trivia Challenge I), as well as completing all of his Knight Trials in record time.
In the end, I can say Vladek has grown to be a productive member of the Dark Brotherhood. He's learned the way we do things, lending us his own special insight into things, and he's slowly beginning to leave his own marks behind on the Brotherhood. Many months ago, the Grand Master made a news post, encouraging the leaders of the Brotherhood to 'take someone under their wing'. Since then, Vladek has been my project, I've tried to smooth some of his edges over, tweak a few things, and I can proudly say it has worked. It has been my distinct pleasure as a Quaestor to watch Vladek mature in the Brotherhood.
Therefore, let it be known that Jedi Hunter Vladek has completed his Trials of Knighthood, as laid out by the Summit of Clan Naga Sadow, and received the blessing of his Consul, Adept Manesh Sadow, his Master, Epis Kat Pridemore, and his Quaestor, Battlemaster Derev Niroth. Therefore, following the best traditions of the Brotherhood, it is my distinct pleasure and privilage, to on this day, as Quaestor of House Marka Ragnos, to hereby Knight Vladek Solander, and grant him all of the privilages and responsibilities of that rank, and grant him the right to bear a lightsabre.
